A lashing out from consistently N-O's worst poster (and what a fucking field he's competing in) should be taken as a badge of honour tbf.

First half performance was great in terms of creativity and cutting them open, felt like real green shoots let down by some diabolical decisions (Isak and Barnes). 2nd half was grim. Still think Howe is the man and will sort it out given time, the signs are there imo, but no doubt that will be a minority opinion on here.

Pleased with how we're playing overall. Love that we're making chances and causing them problems, far cry from the Palace game. Frustrating how casual we've been gifting them chances and Isak not taking his after doing all the hard work. Good signs imo but need to get our heads on straight and stop fucking about
-
God we're so fucking casual and it's cost us twice. What are they fucking playing at

Can only assume it's a fitness thing, but I'm gutted to see Sandro back on the bench. Had to start every game now. Barnes in for Gordon I'm okay with

Not really sure on the distinction there. If he can't back that message without diluting it then he shouldn't captain a premier league team - representing the club in that way is part of the job. It's not a comment on his leadership ability.

It's every player's right to refuse to wear the armband if they don't agree with the message (just as it's our right to think they're a hateful cunt for doing so). However, publicly supporting the message that the armband represents (that everyone regardless of sexual orientation is welcome at a football match) is something that a captain has to do regardless of their personal beliefs. They need to set aside whatever their own view on it is and support the inclusive message that the club and the league have signed up to. If they can't do that, they shouldn't be captain. They're not being forced - if they accept the captaincy this comes along with it and if that's a dealbreaker for them, they aren't captain material.

Lovely to see him getting "Trent" booked immediately. Looked absolutely shit scared of tackling him after that

Oh but you see Joey, that's the neat part. Howe does something you've been calling for? Whinge it didn't happen sooner. Howe DOESN'T do something you've been calling for? You'd better believe it's whinging time baby. All. Night. Long.

Seems to be such a confidence player. Looked so much better after he'd scored, constant threat in the 2nd half. Loved the celebration too, he's obviously a lurker
-
Really pleased with the performance, and if it wasn't for that shit decision to blow up for full time when we were through with numbers I'd have been delighted with taking a point at the death

If Big Joe solves our RW issue then I'm very happy with a combination for Bruno, Sandro, Willock and Longstaff in the midfield 3. Some nice options there. Feel like the first 3 are where we're really going to shine but Longstaff has looked back to his best these last 2 games, so very happy for him to be in there. Feels like he's a confidence player and his confidence took such a kicking after playing injured for half a season, it's taken an age to build him back up

Nah not really, for me it's that he's such an admirable person, I'm proper proud to have him as our manager regardless of nationality. Felt similar about Rafa

Didn't put a foot wrong today. Flawless performance
-
Same. He was great there and made me eat my words. Him and Gordon switching throughout games will cause teams alllll sorts of problems

Even at 1-0 down that was a clear improvement in our away performances. 2nd half was brilliant. Delighted we were as clinical as some of our play deserved. Brilliant 3 points
