Glad Gordon is coming off, he's been poor today.
-
Stiffy, this is particularly unhinged man
-
Nothing Schar did there. Hope Welbeck is okay, that looks a nasty one out of nowhere
-
This. It's frustrating as fuck because overall this is a great performance. Getting 1 point out of this and the Everton match is a nightmare, deserve so much more
-
This and the Everton game have been like a seasons worth of frustration distilled into 2 games. Hate football
-
Sandro off less so
-
Willock and Barnes on, like that a lot
-
Isak has to get a shot off there man. Fucking hell
-
Can't get over how bad this ref is
-
Not started the way we needed to. Early goal and we win this but can't leave it late
-
I thought Tonali looked great tbh. Sharp, incisive, quick. By rights he should've set up a brilliant team goal
-
Tim Howard thinks we should've had a penalty. Think that's mental personally but I'd take it
-
Really frustrating to be behind. Typical. A sharp Isak buries that chance and we're well on top. Need Howe to pick the lads up and get back at it in the 2nd half. We've made a bit of a habit of winning from behind this season at least
-
It's not exactly news that you only pipe up when things aren't going well. It's been noticed, I'm sorry to be the one to break that to you
-
Like we did the season we got 4th? The season you mysteriously stopped posting, weird that. This is clearly a bit of a return to what we're good at, spinning it as anything else is just obtuse
-
Such a low quality poster. What game are you watching It's a suckerpunch after we've been utterly dominant
-
What a fucking move that was. Isak has to bury that
-
Love this, our press and intensity is back
-
Least we can avoid the former player curse. Happy with our lineup too - I'd have started Barnes but he could be huge from the bench.
-
Any uncertainty in the squad about Howe leaving for England resolved, Gordon supposedly agreeing a new long-term deal, Isak back from injury, back at home after a good away performance. We're getting 3 points today.
-
Given Liverpool will clearly need a Salah replacement in the next year or so, bringing in Minteh for a season deputising on the RW wouldn't have been that wild a concept tbf. A million reasons why they might not have gone for him though, not sure you can read that much into it (as much as I'd love the copium of it saying he's overrated).

Anyone got a river for this?

Don't have a particularly strong reaction to this either way. No issue with having a foreign coach, can see the arguments for both promoting from within and for getting in a proven tactician. Excited to see how this plays out
