Great news, 6 year deal is fantastic, either we keep a top class player or we have the leverage to get a good fee when the time comes. No idea why he offered him such a short deal in the first place, really weird one. Hope this settles it in his head and he gets back to his best. To be honest I'm a bit put out that his head seemingly got turned so quickly and it had the impact it did. This will hopefully draw a line under it for good.

There definitely is given how long Tonali has been out and is being eased back in, played a lot in the last week etc. If he's not starting regularly within the next month or so though I'll be really disappointed. Don't think that will happen, think like Bruno before him he'll force his way into the side and become undroppable

I can understand the Tonali decision tbf. Played 3 times in the last week and probably still building up to match fitness. I'd loved to have seen him start though
