Is it not possible he could do the same thing he allegedly did to Benfica, and ask Werder for insane wages to scare them off? I mean, if he really wants to come here that badly, all might not be lost just yet.
-
I have to say, I think I love Ben Arfa just for how hell-bent he is on wanting to join us. Of course come next season when he pulls the same stunt against us I won't, but for now I think he's lovely.
-
i won't disagree with them on that point He's not even the worst player in our squad.
-
Working tonight, gonna miss this. Come on, give me a nice surprise when I get home and read that we've won.
-
I hate your avatar Kaiz. Must frustrating thing in the world, no matter how long I watch she never makes it out of the water.
-
That would be fucking awful. Draws are a part of the game, would wreck the group stages if it was all or nothing in every game, the groups would be decided too soon.
-
For crying out loud Marseille, just give up, he wants to come to us, just fuck off you french bastards!
-
Probably turning up for training tmrw in newcastle gear, be there dressed and prepared before anyone arrives. "Reporting for duty and ready to go Mr Shearer!" That would make him an instant hero tbh.
-
Fucks sake, I didn't wanna get my hopes up and now I have.
-
If we get Arevalo and Ben Arfa (BIG 'if' mind ) then we're not going down, no chance.
-
Wouldn't mind Liverpool winning it tbh, just because I think Roy Hodgson is a class act, and Joe Cole is one of my favourite players. Would hate to see Gerrard and Carragher win it though, so I'm torn.
-
Dunno, but it seems to produce a lot of top quality players. Should get a scout there tbh.

Rooney looked better in a free role and I think it's likely that he'll be playing alongside a target man next time. Step up Andy Carroll? But seriously, I would like to see him make an appearance in the Euro qualifiers at least. He's England's best prospect for an out and out target man. I think at one stage he'll make the squad in that role, but this campaign will probably be too early for him. I'd like to see Carlton Cole given more of a chance tbh. He's been a slow developer, but of the candidates, he's the best all round talent IMO. Good shout, that. Would much rather have had Cole there instead of Heskey in SA.

Carroll is the man.

No idea, but just why would you even need it? Seriously, wouldn't it be so much easier to just type the name into a template page when you've signed them rather than hosting a database. Which has positions listed in the birthplace section in some of them, I might add. I don't even know why I'm discussing this.
-
It seems so pointless though, surely it wouldn't be hard to just put a page with the right name up when they sign them, rather than having pages hosted on their server that are never even going to be used, using up bandwidth.
-
Haha, Di Maria and David Villa have pages too. This is great, they must have almost everyone they've been linked with recently, just in case.
-
Is there any system to it? Seems completely random. Were they even linked with Khedira, or Balotelli?
-
And Khedira. http://www.manutd.com/default.sps?pagegid={FE60904B-C2A8-4E60-9B05-700DBBC29BBC}§ion=playerProfile&teamid=&bioid=94382 Fucking mancs, buying the league...

FYP Edit: Sorry kid Icarus Always assumed it meant "For Your Perusal" for some reason That would be the poshest acronym ever. Apart from LMAO, which means Laudably Mirthful And Original So much so you had to say it twice?

Who do you want to win the league, out of those that could realistically win it? Obviously we'd all love Newcastle to, but that's not too realistic now is it? Personally I'd like to see Arsenal win it, if nothing else to silence all the moron critics that are saying Wenger isn't a top manager because they haven't won anything in a while. They always seem to play 'beautiful' football and it'd be nice to see their policy on bringing youth through bear fruit, if nothing else just to prove that you don't have to buy success.
