  1. This is insanely tragic when you consider it. Its like a retarded soap opera. Made a similar point on Twitter a few days ago. #nufc haven't hired anyone in 10 months Departures: Pardew Irving Gilroy Ben Arfa Mbiwa Santon Ferreyra Alnwick Campbell Gutierrez RTaylor It's a dereliction of duty. But Ashley's taking the same approach at SD... http://www.standard.co.uk/business/business-news/sports-direct-appoints-new-finance-boss-to-allay-fears-over-ashleys-power-10296238.html
  2. Lies from the interview added to my compendiuym http://nufc-ashlies.blogspot.co.uk/2015/05/the-ashley-interview.html

  4. Club has under-performed surely, so bonuses shouldn't be that high? Top ten in 13/14 Makes sense. 20% - 25% bonus
  5. Aye, probably. Best just close the forum down completely given we're all just offering an opinion. Yeah thats the same as you claiming to know whats going to happen. Such a shit strawman I don't claim to know anything. I've given my opinion, not aware that it has changed too much either? The club cautiously spending only what it earns, without Ashley skimming any profits, has always been my view. Not based on special knowledge, but based on the club saying that is what they will do and then doing it. What the club earns is always guesswork until the accounts come out. Now we have them in full and can see the cash in the bank, I'm not sure it's that much different from what ANYONE predicted before the club muddied the waters.

  7. So looking at what we have to spend in the summer. £38m in the bank at the end of June2014. £30m spent on players since £12m recouped on players since £5m to add to that from Mbiwa Total of £25m Operating profit for 14/15 will be about the same as 13/14 - £5m Leaves a £30m kitty in place. Ashley likes to have some in reserve in case of the threat of relegation like. Think £20m net spend tops in the summer.
  8. I don't get that - we didn't buy anyone? If anything, our costs should have gone down? It includes a years worth of wages for Debuchy, MYM, Gouffran, Haidara & Sissoko rather than 5-6 months in the previous accounts, along with Remy for a year & Luuk de Jong for 5 months. However, considering the wages went DOWN in the previous year even with the 5-6 months of wages from the Jan 13 panic signings, it doesn't seem to add up at all just from the player wages - nearly a £300k per week increase. Ashley is now staff. He's a director, and director pay went down
  9. Not in these accounts. So why has it went down from £133.5m to £94.9m? It's like the total of your credit card and bank account. Ashley is our zero interest credit card and the balance remains £129m Our bank account was £4m overdrawn and has gone up to £38m in credit.
  10. If Sports Direct are selling our merchandise, should we not be receiving money from them in related party transactions? Charnley's signature BTW http://i.imgur.com/NijZjZe.png?1 I thought we were paying his shop to produce, store, transport merchandise and then whatever profit we get from it would just go in the commercial total.

  12. Most interesting thing to me was the drop in Season ticket sales was over 7.2% (£9.2m to £8.5m) Club accounts don't normally include that detail.
  13. If the accounts are over 6 months late its a £1500 fine. I would stop holding your breath on this.
  14. There's a longer one further down too. They loved the fat bairns so much they put them in that one too
  15. The video is a good watch too. Freddy Shepherd talking shit and 3 kids eating shit. The fattest one on the right thinking he's fucking nails.
  16. Said I've got no idea. Just said, If it's creative accounting then it's not necessarily a bad thing.
  17. Still listed as overdue so assuming they have actually filed them in time the system wont update for a few days anyway. Still nothing on the Companies House website? They must be hoping that these slip under the radar and nobody will notice how they have artificially swollen costs in order to report a lower profit. Artificially swollen costs would be a good thing if it meant the club has cash reserves built up. My worry is that the costs aren't artificial and have been incurred from real cash being paid out for dubious services rendered. Fair point HF that doesn't add up though, "dubious services rendered"? are you suggesting ashley will declare a massive payment for services to KBA (for example)...unless it's a payment to one of his own companies i can't see how that's going to play in ashley's world The accounts don't add up yet. I have no idea where he's increased costs by 30%. The increase is on costs before player trading and amortisation and that though. i mean there are presumably a myriad of ways he could choose to increase costs but paying inflated costs to 3rd party's doesn't seem to fit into ashleyland like, if he was somehow filtering money into one of his subsidiaries i could understand it Whether it was to a 3rd party or to himself as an employee or to his nephew doing work experience I would call it dubious.
