Hes a gutless cunt with little tactical nous. His "strength" of his man management is found wanting when it matters too. Though really, our players shouldn't need man management before a Derby.
-
Everyone (except a few imbeciles) considered him the Coward of the County.Cunt.
-
That's mainly because he's been dogshit for months. He's the antithesis of best defensive striker in the World Danny Welbeck.
-
To think certain posters would rather have kept Simpson than Debuchy. Ahem.

I find it so weird the ref actually disallowed it tbf. Maybe had no time for a restart? He could've blown for a foul throw I guess. Either way, the ref should be commended.

I must be honest, I was never a fan. Even as a young striker who was scoring miraculous goals at France 98, it was apparent that he was a striker who once his pace had gone would be very ordinary. It is all he had.

Suarez is such a special player. ..epitome of the skillful prick.

Great club captain. OMG, SEES, TOLD YAS SO, SPACKAZZZ!!!! LOL This is how it works right? Good to hear that from him though. It does sound like he has been reading this thread like. It would be great if he had. Anyhow, nice to see him doing what a club captain should.

Even when we were in the Championship we were more relevant than them.

Yet you still continually post on here despite 'not offering much'. Pity.

Unfortunately it's between Boca Juniors and River Plate.

If we have to play Dummett, it would be a fillip for him to get advice and encouragement from the club captain and first choice centre half would it not?

Surely the club captain could defend him....oh wait! Nobody needs to defend anybody. Even without colo we have leaders in the dressing room who don't require Colo holding their hand telling them everything will be ok. He's injured, he's flew back to Argie, what's the big deal? Nobody was calling Ben Arfa when he spent months in Paris, players do sometimes go home when they injured, nothing new. People question his commitment for the cause but they weren't questioning that in the second half against Cardiff when he held us together and was excellent in getting us the 3 points required. Overall in his time here, he’s shown nothing but a first class attitude, yes his personal problems got in the way earlier this year but he’s come through that and knuckled down for us. No need to give him so much abuse. I'm a bit of a traditionalist at heart, and a club captain should be someone the rest of the squad look up to; will listen to and respect. Going back to Argentina prior to a game with our biggest local rivals, even whilst unfit to play, to me is fucking totally wrong and what's more Pardew wants shooting for allowing it.

Comparing real life to footballer's life always produces lovely examples and isn't pointless at all. Pata man, you know I respect you for your NFL love...but give me a fucking breaking dude. Its not pointless at all, read it for what it is. Its absolutely absurd that people justify Colo's actions b/c they rate him and he did so well for us in the past. He's been poor this season, he's our captain and he's off to Argentina the week of the derby. I just can't stand for that. Its not an over the top reaction what so ever, you have a duty to your club and fellow teammates when you are the captain of the club. It further proves he's not the one for the role, esp. all the press talk about is how he's the glue that holds everyone together...so if he is, why the hell is he leaving? We don't know what's going on internally, I'll accept that, but public perception is a hell of an influencer, and he's not here for the most important fixture to most supporters of this club. That speaks volumes man. Well said mate.

Who Dunnett?

Maybe he could eke it out until January so he can have a nice family Christmas.
-
There's a case for clapping him for depriving Smarmdew of the FA Cup.

Wasn't he at Wolves for years???

It's not like he's sailing there, those airplanes are decent I heard. 10+ hour flight vs. a few hour flight? I don't know if you travel a ton but 10 hour flight vs. a few hours make a hell of a difference man. I know there's difference between a 10 hour flight and a few hour flight (and I've done them both numerous times ) but it's not like he's doing it few times a week. He's there for a while and comes back when he feels better. I just honestly can't see the problem in either him going to Argentina or the time the flight takes to get there. Because he's supposed to be setting an example to the other players regarding their responsibilities to the club, peers and and fans, perhaps? All of which, by the way, have stuck with Coloccini through thick and thin in spite of him trying to cower off home when we needed him most last season. He's been f***ing rubbish so far this season, then he gets an injury and pisses off home before our most important fixture. What sort of captain is that? You keep telling us that he's no leader. Would he really help us against the mackems in the sidelines? His family isn't here and I'm pretty sure the players and other people inside the club can understand it when he goes back to his family when he can't play. He's not the only senior player in the squad. As club captain he should be there to offer support and maybe to gee the lads up. No excuse to be jetting home whilst injured tbh especially the captain. As KI said, this is why he's no captain. f***ing joke he's still got the armband. I just don't understand this. You have told us years that Coloccini is no leader and a bad choice for captain. Why does it bother you that he's not there Sunday? The fact he isn't there enhances Ron's point surely to God?
