  1. Well yeah, this is why we won’t do it.
  2. I think Onana is a decent player and we are desperate for a midfielder. That said, there's no way we'll pay that kind of fee for him and certainly not in January, so I wouldn't worry about that.
  3. I can’t see him retiring from playing that early.
  4. Happy, he’s one of our best players and will be for some time yet.
  5. We can’t win like, either we’re rushing people back, forcing them to play or if we schedule treatment it won’t happen on schedule. Got to love football chat
  6. That’s not really chaos.
  7. We don’t, we just need to keep adding signings like the ones we’ve made since the takeover. And for them not to be injured or banned for the season. The only thing is that I would like people like Almiron to move to the bench rather than be sold, and get rid of the real dross. But I guess you can’t have everything in exactly the right order.
  8. I don’t want the mad tourist appeal of PSG but I do hope we get some cool design that’s worth wearing.
  9. The PSG is like the M&M store, just anywhere there are tourists. They also have the Jordan link-up now for the fashion people. Hopefully we’ll never be like PSG, actually I don’t think any PL club could be. My favourite comparisons would be Spurs and Arsenal… the former having a massive megastore and the latter having some really good locations next to tube stations etc. And of course Arsenal tend to get the best adidas designers, which hopefully we can emulate.
  10. Newcastle is so small, one in the centre and one at the ground would be fine. But they should both be serious size megastores.
  11. Yeah, we discussed this a lot a while back. I agree with you but I understand ST holders are used to having a lot of benefits.
  12. Has to be at least one store in the city centre, absolutely insane not to have one. And in the metrocentre. Even the likes of Crystal Palace have that FFS.
  13. Soucek is as average as it gets TBH, although the physical presence at corners etc is handy for them with JWP crossing it.
  14. I know, but I just don't think the original purchaser shouldn't have any power to do anything except buy a ticket for themselves if they want to attend a game. That's the simplest implementation of the loyalty scheme. Practically I know someone might get ill or injured the day before the game etc, so I guess something has to be done to fill that seat.
  15. I still don't think there's any justification for individuals having control of away tickets and decide who can go, but I guess if it's very limited it's better. If you can't go, you don't need a ticket, it should go to someone else with the right amount of points. The most important thing is to allow new people to build up points, but again the demand is so out of proportion to supply that there's not much you can do. Since I will never get an away ticket I will keep out of it
  16. He's more than offset by Schar and Botman, but then there is Tonali. Probably need a hottie to sign next.
  17. Then IMO it's a bad move.
  18. Comfortable with the sale in terms that FFP deems it necessary, but uncomfortable with the fact that FFP deems it necessary to sell your best players.
  19. Well, if you're selling a key player for FFP reasons, surely you need to maximise the financial impact you can get.
  20. Hope is absolutely ridiculous, put him on the shit pile with Edwards and the rest.
  21. I’m not sure there’s any evidence of his age catching up. Just a short period of worse form at the moment.
  22. My bro bought 3 XXXL shirts from China and they don’t even fit me. I usually buy a large.
  23. Assume the money involved for Philips was silly.
