The principle should surely be to change as few players as possible! Pointless to move Jonas to RB when we could just bring in a young RB or defender to fill that role. Let the players who are fit keep their positions... that's what I would do anyway.

Still too soon to totally right Pancrate off I think, he's only been a bit-part player and is probably low on fitness and confidence. Obviously his opportunities will be limited with the arrival of Routledge though.
