To an extent, but it’s exaggerated. We made some great signings and made up for the overspend by losing two players who may never have made it here. Not ideal but not a disaster. You could argue that we should’ve just bought cheap players since the takeover I guess, but I like the players we bought.

I don’t see why the players would want to coast. Do they want CL or not? If they do, there are loads of points left to get and they need to go out and win them. Makes no sense they would suddenly switch off and stop caring.
