  1. Not saying we don't need it, but if the defence is solid, the goals will come as they always do with the kinda gung-ho attacking we do these days.
  2. If we're as godly trained as Pardew wants us to believe, there shouldn't really be a big problem at high pressing football. The biggest issue with him is his vision to see a clear pattern as to how he wanna link the team up. Shit goes from possession to long ball pretty quickly imo. I bet he would actually be a decent coach if he could just figure out a friggin style to play, as it seems he has the man-management down, with BA being an exception. I don't really care what the formation is, but if I see Sissoko trying to be the "in the hole" player I might actually vomit.
  3. If we could get Sakho in, I'd take him over a striker... anyday, especially with the rumoured transfer targets still available. On a sidenote I'm still thinking Gameiro would be worth a pouch...
  4. It's all good, let's move on to the next... question remains, however, WHO that actually is... we haven't come too far if it's still Bent or say Defoe, lol.
  5. Zaha would be worth it when the chance was there, over-priced though. Sinclair and Ince would be decent aquisitions it seems. I'm still kinda amazed about the Milner walk-away... people realize he's actually playing for Shitty? I mean, in playing time...
  6. Question remains whether or not Pardew should actually continue in his position even if we miracleously finish Top 4, his sense of formation and tactics just seem so way off the wagon that it should amaze you all.
  7. I sincerely hope he'll stop putting Sissoko in dat hole, but I guess that's just an illusion of a dream that'll never come through
  8. Not from my POV, as he's usually used as a single striker - the same as Cisse, and since Cisse will be starting I don't get why they would wanna use £8 mill on someone to fill the bench. Moving Cisse to a flank would be disaster as proven before.

    Tom Ince

Sterling did too in the beginning..... he should be pacey enough to be able to complete that crosser imo
  10. I don't get it, options with Gomis? He's just a slower Cisse... if we had provided Cisse with enough chances last year everything woulda been fine. Cisse will be starting 99% of the matches and for that ridic sub we have Ameobi. Get in some wingers.
  11. Bent wants away because of playing time, no? Is he dumb enough to come here just to sit on the bench alà Shola #2?
  12. Declining Toby is basically the same situation for the attackers if both Bent and Remy arrives, there's for the forward slot. I'm also thinking Pards is gonna go for the 442, back to school. He'll most likely not be at Ajax next year though, so he's not coming for free Colo to stay for more than 1 season? If not, we'll need to search the market next year... he'd be a decent replacement or Sakho, but none of those rumours are serious Fer signed for Norwich, seems like Hughton has been keeping tabs on them Carr' players - difference being they actually opened their wallets at other clubs this summer.
  13. Toby A just declined Norwich, why are we not in there? 1 year left...
  14. HBA will cover the #10 spot most likely, i.e. behind the striker. That will also hopefully lead to less counters on the wings as Gouffrans workrate is higher.
  15. Anyone updated on the Scott Sinclair situation? It seems he's on his way through the gates Looks like after I posted this there has been some reactions, yeah. Atleast he'll take a HG spot
  16. I'm sorry, this sucks cock and isn't logic at all, but that's what you get by a Fat Mike wannabe jew Levy.
  17. I don't really want Gomis, but not sure if I wouldn't take him on just as this team is seriously lacking depth. I'm also thinking he will do better than Ameobi, decent finisher. But where is the Gameiro rumour?!!
  18. I'm talking about both club and contract offers...
  19. Are we buying players just because they actually accept our offers? Because it sure seems like it, so friggin useless. WE DO NOT NEED ANOTHER WINGBACK, WHY IS IT EVEN BEING DISCUSSED AND BID FOR?!!! GEEZ so fucking dumb.
  20. Can you explain the reason to get in another friggin wingback instead of a striker? I really don't see it. Actually I'd prefer another CB instead of a wingback. We have several players to cover that position when they return, Simpson, Raylor, Anita, Saylor, Perch, Ferguson, JONAS and whatnot. Oh, and true story, we ain't signing noone!! If we're as desperate as everyone thinks, why aren't we just bidding for every possible target in the proper position? We shoulda made mayhem by now...
  21. A thought just arrived; if Fat Mike wanna break bank, he should buy us Rodriguez from Porto
  22. Liverpool actually have a budget to keep, albeit higher than ours. But I can't see Fat Mike splashing anything, he's expecting to get stars for £3 mill a piece, not gonna happen. I like M'Biwa, but I'd take Sakho too (whom we have been linked with previously, although not sure if he's actually interested in leaving PSG atm.), if not I'd still take Alderweireld. On that list TTM, you're still missing a striker and I think it's essential that we get one in. But as said previously, I'd like us to get a combo-wide guy which means he would need to have pace. Unfortunately alot of the guys with pace don't actually have finishing skillz, and the ones that actually possesses both costs a fortune.
  23. KaKa: but is revamping the second squad anything you should do in the January window? Not really. Ketsbaia: look above, major overhaul in January? Does this really get us anywhere; ref. Remy. Again, not really.
  24. I don't think Fat Mike will do shit, he must be retarded or something if he actually recruits 3-4 players (quality or not) in the January window. What about recruiting when you actually are on a good way like in the summer? ... kinda tired of it all
  25. True story KDT, I'm so friggin amazed we still haven't got into Zaha and Ince, I really don't care if we actually "miss" out, but we're not even in the friggin mix. It just hurts everywhere to see that we're not even trying.
