  1. f***ing hell. That will learn him. He spends more than that in daft bets.
  2. I've said it before, but the interest free nature of the loan is being used by the club as a justification for SD's free sponsorship. For that reason repaying the loan in part should only be acceptable if it meant SD starts to pay for the privilege of soiling SJP. Remember when people were saying SD will be paying for the space and the naming rights

    NUFC finances

Am sure it's been suggested that we've missed out on £50million worth of matchday advertising, since he bought the club. Scandelous, really. Madness I think that it's not right. Matchday advertising on hoardings, walls and the roof is a relatively low income affair. The whole Premier League was looking at entering into partnerships so every team shared the same sponsors, but Man U refused as they're the only ones that already make a significant wedge. Apparently in 2009 the 19 clubs other than Man U only shared an income of £10m per season from it. http://www.theguardian.com/sport/2009/oct/22/manchester-united-champions-league-advertising Whatever the amount though, it's Ashley's shop being put ahead of NUFC, and a similar approach is taken to retail. I'm expecting a £69m profit this week by the way. That's my guess So 19 clubs agree to a profit sharing sponsorship deal and 1 club turns it down. Thus stopping the whole idea. How?
  7. Another car crash of a game, not that bothered, i might follow what happens.

    Sammy Ameobi

Sammy is a winger, his job is to cross the ball and supply the forward with servce, why on earth you would not see what he would be like taking corners i dont know. 30 minutes in a session. Carver is either trolling or he is a total moron along with Pardew.
  10. Everton away in the FA cup, 0-1 - Ian Rush scored for us.
  11. Even worse than that 0-1 defeat to Sheffield United under Roeder?
  12. Good in the air, tall, aggressive and can read the game. We will float corners into him, so he can try to get his head on it.

Am sure it's been suggested that we've missed out on £50million worth of matchday advertising, since he bought the club. Scandelous, really. Madness, he could have taken 25 mil for his loan repayment and then club would have had 25 mil to play with in the transfer market.

    NUFC finances

Can you imagine how much money NUFC would have if Ashley wasn't advertising his own brands for free. More money in the bank, then the new TV deal. Minted!

    Alan Shearer

Such an outdated stereotype. I work in London and almost everyone thinks we are either like those tossers on Geordie Shore or own a whippet, wear a flat cap and drink Brown ale in front of our coal fires. Nee idea man. Yeas ago, about 2002...Me and AfroP had to go to Leatherhead for some work. The staff down there were then expected to come up to Newcastle to help oversee the transition etc. They came up and were shocked at how big Newcastle was and how many cars there were. Shearers comments are stupid and unhelpful. We couldn't believe the vision they had of Newcastle. If memory servers me well, im sure one of them said "its like a proper city"
