Hate seeing Chelsea win, but Man U/Chelsea is honestly the final I want to see.

After spending 17 million on a man... If they put a 12 million release in his contract, I'll lose all confidence in this board. Won't be a far drop but still.

I hate matches like this. It's beautiful in NY today yet I'm going to end up playing FM for 2 hours just to see the team go somewhere.

I almost have to refuse to believe that he would say something that ridiculous. I need to see these comments in print before I can react to this. If he's said that, then all respect is out the window, and he needs to leave ASAP.

I'm from the states and I have no connection whatsoever to Newcastle. When I got into football I knew I was going to have to pick a team to support in order to learn the ins and outs of the game. Dunno why it was Newcastle, but I knew it couldn't be one of the big clubs. I wanted it to mean something when the team I supported finally won some silverware. Imagine the look on my face when I realized the club I chose never wins anything. Still, as bad as they are, I' m always going to consider myself a supporter. Despite the results and effort on the field, I'm still planning to see them in person next year.

More than likely wouldn't be enough to clean out the club that comprehensively.

If you were manager of England (reasonable idea, I think. Perhaps there should be a mail in essay contest to name the next one) who makes your squad and why?

Gutless horseshit. The man had 2 months in the summer and 1 in the winter to fix the fullback situation. The man had a week to prepare his squad for the job at hand. The man had ample evidence that Huntington was shaky at best playing at LB. The man had an opportunity at HT to change the squad and alter the tactics. He went in the locker room and did nothing. He is squarely to blame for the collapse. Implying that the ref stole the game makes me feel as if he thinks his tactics were spot on. I was a Roeder supporter before, but this shit is disgraceful.

Quaresma seems like he would only go to a CL team though. He deserved that goal and had Diarra not played as well as he did, Ricardo would have been a constant thorn in Chelsea's side. I'd love him here, but I can't see it happening.

Still don't understand what happened with Viana. I wasn't a fan of the club at the time, but he seemed destined for good things.
