  1. Naa, I'm not saying that. He looks like a talent, but it's a gamble with his temperament. I'd assumed at first that it was the player that was messing us about, but that might not be the case. what do you know about his temperament? Well nothing for certain, just impressions. The nickname 'El Loco', problems with overweight, daft goal celebration, queries over workrate, generally seems a bit full of himself based on some clips. Out of interest, did you question any of the posters earlier in this thread who described him as 'mad'? should have stopped here tbh as for the second part no i didn't but i didn't really notice those posts because they weren't against the entire grain of the thread in not wanting him because of his 'temperament' as you seem to be
  2. let's get janmaat away then, the cunt
  3. jesus christ, ive never read that forum, are they always that fooking obssesed with us? ive never read such a load of drivel in my life, fooking joke that like whoever this daft cunt is on there he gets it "Good signing for them. Their defence is still absolutely appalling, they have nothing on the wings and a young kid upfront."

  5. holy shit has he just become the greatest currently playing english footballer?
  6. Why? We've no reason to be breaking even on transfer fees this summer. Because it's what we do I'm still skeptical as fuck personally. cause it's fucking stupid, you can't have praise for signing a 14.5m player if you sell a player for similar or more just to make it happen ffs
  7. it'll have been euros surely
  8. have we worked out how to pronounce it yet? i'm sick of winegum now as well, going to learn how to spell it incorrectly and stick with that
  9. Where can I see this? woefully staged i like it
  10. He's so over rated! that story about him playing football with the little lad was unreal
  11. In other news isn't he shagging Ana Ivanovic? Aye, was at wimbledon last week. http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/attachment.php?attachmentid=687737 i knew who she was mind, just hadn't heard the name for ages and forgot how diabolically good looking she is
  12. Wonder if Wijnaldum will be as close to the front pair when the season starts. so good
  13. Yep! Besides, De Jong AND Wijnaldum will be on the pitch the both of them (If De Jong can stay fit) tiote, sissoko, abeid, anita, colback, kemen, bigi fucking midfielders all over the place man, some of them are going to have to go Di Maria, Mata, Januzaj, Carrick, Blind, Young, Herrera, Powell, Valencia, Fellani, Lingard, Pereira. We need a squad man, we've been paper-thin for years. no words
  14. As bad as Pardew turned out to be, pairing him with cretins like Carver just made everything doubly bad. Heinous coaching setup. That's what he wants though, people that don't challenge him or try to have any real input. He just wants yes men under him. He's pathetic. who does he have at palace out of interest?
  15. what's periscope? An app where you can stream live from your phone to.. whoever wants to watch it does that mean the club are basically using a free phone app for their media stuff now? All social media savvy people use it man.
  16. "However, with regard to Georginio Wijnaldum, Advocaat might reasonably believe that a Premier League club like SAFC would be a realistic destination for a young Netherlands midfield player who may have ambitions to play beyond the Eredivisie and that SAFC should be able to afford the likely transfer fee and salary demands of such a player. Also it is not an unexpected link, is it ? A Premier League club, with a respected Dutch manager, who is known to be looking to add quality to his first team, possibly being interested in a quality player from the Netherlands Read more: http://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/wijnaldum.1094838/#ixzz3fae4rzVM" who was the last player they signed that was genuinely thought of as 'on the up' at the time? whickam probably
  17. obviously ideally we get rid of obertan and all the other shite but that's just not going to happen is it? hope cabella stays mind, would prefer a 4-2-3-1 myself on further thoughts that doesn't rely on outright widemen but 3 attacking players passing and moving behind a striker

  19. way worse he's one injury away from playing a probable PL champions team and the latter stages of the CL....in that sense it's a better move as he'll get domestic cup games anyway i'd imagine
  20. again i rate cabella and agree he can play that role if everything is in place, but if the chance was there to swap for a natural, quality wide man i can't see why anyone would resist it? the proviso being we're banking everything on de jong coming good
  21. it depends on the system we play but aarons and perez can both play wide high up the pitch, sissoko can also fill a wide position funny to me as again i rate cabella but don't see him as a wide man at all in the PL like, it's the one thing about him i agree with - he doesn't have the pace or strength for it, but playing centrally passing and moving he'll be fine as he won't have to beat fullbacks with the ball at his feet short story and back to the start we've got a surplus of CAM's and need to find a way to balance the squad and get players in who can actually play wide effectively
  22. Definitely, arguably worse than Delph. how so?
  23. Yep! Besides, De Jong AND Wijnaldum will be on the pitch the both of them (If De Jong can stay fit) why is this so fucking hard? to reiterate i'd ship de jong and keep cabella *but* de jong seems be the second coming of christ to everyone based on precisely nothing he's done on the pitch and no one would take him anyway due to his injuries common consensus seems to be cabella can't play wide effectively as he's not quick or strong enough we need at least one wide player if the choice was there to swap cabella for a top class wide player it has to be taken or we're just stacking up players for the same positions who'll never get any game time anyway
  24. he's not a winger though is all i'm saying so if we're stuck with obertan and whatever other shit and the option is swap cabella for a top class wide man then i'd go for it personally
