  1. love that absolutely bang on
  2. again if true how can they not see what's going to come at hull? it'll be mental, which is good as i want pardew to suffer still think ashley is pushing him to quit myself
  3. whether that's true or not imagine coming from a professional club in holland to us man
  4. I think abroad should come in the summer, I have serious reservations about a new manager from a different country coming in to manage a squad this fragile.
  5. Netherlands boss isn't he? Thought that was a list of available managers, wasn't paying that much attention. Pity, love Hiddink.
  6. watching foreign commentary and jim beglin is talking like manyoo are playing fucking bayern munich or something here it's embarrassing
  7. if didn't have such shit fans this would be bang on the money, blames the fans and the fans get together issuing a statement saying "fuck you then we'll not attend the next match so you can win it", and then don't unfortunately with our fans there no fucking hope, they'll all be at the next match like good little sheep
  8. in response to santoon as well - a good manager can get things going again, the players will start playing it's the oldest story in football problem a new guy will have is the teams we have to face between now and january and the state of what we have left in defence, that terrifies me
  9. does feel like it doesn't it? seasons already a right-off and soon the expectations will be so low that even 4th bottom will be celebrated. it's not too much of a stretch to say that staying up is all we have to aim for now really, that's our bar this season
  10. i still fail to see what any manager is going to get out of colo, williamson and fistpump like...it'll be a slog to january regardless You forget the new manager bump. suppose a proven manager like moyes should be able to get them more organised as a unit mind, unfortunately whoever it is will be taking over as we come into a run against the hardest teams in the league for a large part we'll be on our knees come january, make no mistake
  11. the initial point with ronaldo was who was more gifted as it happens, i firmly believe that to be HBA but concur that robert produced so much more with us due to the reasons stated
  12. Said this a lot but i refuse to believe a businessman like Ashley famed for cutting costs hasnt put a clause in his deal for this. No way on earth will he pay the full contract up man I agree. The only reason I think he wants Pardew to jump is I can't understand why he hasn't fired him yet. He could have fired him many times over the last two seasons. There must be some reason why he waits. i think he's dug into llamblias's stability argument myself and has been letting it play out this whole time, now it seems we've passed the point of no return with it though because it's only going to stabilise us into the championship
  13. i still fail to see what any manager is going to get out of colo, williamson and fistpump like...it'll be a slog to january regardless
  14. i think moyes will be his first move 100%, he'll offer him a middling basic and good performance-related to get him near a decent PL salary moyes will be flush after 10 years at everton and a manyoo payoff, he might just take it
  15. i would have agreed before seeing the state we're going to be left in when pardew does go, if it's a foreigner they're either going to need to be top class off the bat, have experience of the league or just turn out to be amazing di matteo maybe a shout
  16. yep. 6/10 is an honest appraisal of where we are now but stick with pardew much longer and we're down
  17. well i don't necessarily agree, robert certainly produced a lot on the pitch in goals and assists but there's a reason ben arfa's talents have been likened to the best in the world unfortunately he's just never produced in the way robert did, yet
  18. he cost 4m (in today's market) and he looks like a 4m striker
  19. as i replied to you yesterday i'm still not convinced he would as he'd never get his british backbone with us Did I not just allude to that, mate? i suppose you did yeah
  20. as i replied to you yesterday i'm still not convinced he would as he'd never get his british backbone with us don't get me wrong i think he'd do considerably better than pardle
  21. are you saying robert was more gifted then ben arfa?
