  4. Fuck the Colorado Rapids. Fuck them in the fucking ass. Can't believe I stayed up for this shit, always the last match ruining everything, always.
  5. I always wonder why they bother with these unecessary matches just before the WC starts, it's like begging for injuries.
  6. They just mention them saying there were scouts watching him last month. Then they go on about something else, and Marcus Pedersen saying he want to go to England. Clubs which Strømsgodset have announced on their website had come to watch Pedersen, btw (as in official, not just a paper namedropping teams): West Bromwich, Fulham, Bolton, Everton, Blackburn, Sunderland, Nottingham Forest, Celtic, Hannover, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Hamburger Sport-Verein, Auxerre, Anderlecht, Heerenveen, Groeningen, Twente.
  7. I'd think he'd be as good as free if there's a hefty sell on fee. Massive interest though, so we'll probably not get him regardless.
  8. Marcus Pedersen linked again. http://www.vg.no/sport/fotball/norsk/artikkel.php?artid=10001033
  9. Congrats mate. Word of advice, take a break from gambling or you might see a meltdown in your future if you start losing after winning big.
  10. Was it £20 wins you £900? Are you just waiting for Serbia now? Aye Hope it comes in. I echo this statement.
  11. http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/nufc/newcastle-united-news/2010/05/04/nufc-eye-norway-starlet-marcus-pedersen-72703-26371964/ Would love him here, been looking really class recently.
  12. One of my mates was born in Scotland, then moved to Newcastle when he was 6 months old. He's a toon fan but fiercely Scottish and rightly so. That's the way it should be imo, no way i'd dump my Country to support another, even part support, no chance. Any self respecting Englishman hates the Ozzies just as the Scotsman hate the English and well just about everyone. Yeah, I agree 100%. I can understand people from "lesser" footballing countries choosing a team they'd like to do well in a WC or EC when they're own country isn't there, but not in a "I support that country" sense rather than a "I hope that country does well so I have someone to cheer for" sense. Personally I'm hoping the US does well in this WC, but I'm not gonna be happy or heartbroken depending on their results. If Norway was in it on the other hand, I'd be all over the place wearing fake viking helmets like a madman. And I'll never understand anyone who don't put their own country first. You don't support anyone in international football, you follow your nationality.
  13. You absolute bastard Well it's already becoming apparent that the 4 in bold are going to win. Marcus Pedersen is looking such a fucking good player, man. He deserves beating Tromsø.
  14. He actually looked average when he was still playing in Norway tbh. was 20 levels above everybody else when he was playing in Norway ffs, what are you talking about? I'm on about how hee was well average for Lyn in his six appereances, granted he didn't look like he cared when he was playing, but the way the press and pundits were wanking over him because Chelsea wanted him was way OTT.
  15. He actually looked average when he was still playing in Norway tbh.
  16. Well, they are clear favourites. But it's just too unpredictable as Strømsgodset have a very very good team, they're just young and raw, so sometimes when they click they're among the best in Norway, and when they don't they're among the worst. Tromsø are the league leaders, but they really don't have the team that says they should be there, so this golden period will eventually end. Which is why I'm avoiding them until that happens so you can have a sense of realism in the matches. DNB isn't a bad call though, as going by form they should win. But as I said, both teams are unpredictable in the sense of when they click and when they'll stop their good run.
  17. Happens every time there's a tournament, because it's not the ball any of the players have used all season. Usually then never get mentioned once the tournament has started. Aye, I mentioned that saying I'd for the first time in my lifetime being inclined to agree with the moans. I'm just saying this time, the ball actually look like it's acting up, which to me seems like they for once have something to actually moan about.
  18. For the first time in my lifetime I may be inclined to agree with the moans about the ball being shit after seeing it used in a few matches, it looks well unnatural.
