Harper 6 - Not much to do, not at fault for the goal (though it is always disappointing to see goalies nutmegged), could have been more aggressive when coming out for crosses. Enrique 7 - Offered good attacking support Williamson 7 - Solid enough, should have been better positioned for their goal but otherwise a good display Colo 7.5 - Solid as ever, nice distribution out of the defence. Perch 5 - Very lucky not to lose us the game by conceding a penalty Smith 7 - Did his job. Barton 7.5 - Good free-kick for the goal, kept his cool despite being fouled throughout the 90 minutes. Jonas 7 - I really like this guy but his end product is as shit as ever. I don´t think he'll ever score a Premiership goal for us just like Smith never well. Admiring work rate as usual and great partnership with Enrique. Think it was him that was fouled for the free kick that resulted in Andy´s goal. Routhledge 7 - Decent. Tracked back and set up 2 glorious chances for Nolan. He'll be fine in the premiership. Nolan 7.5 - I thought he had a good game. Was in the right places at the right time, easily could have scored 2-3 goals had it been his lucky day. Setup Andy for his 5 yard miss. Carroll 8 - Terrific header for the goal and a solid game throughout, should have made it 1-0 with the one on one chance from 5 yards. I think the referee penalized him too much for his height and strength, often blowing his whistle just because some weak shit got raped under him.

Fair result to be fair. If we had scored when he had our period of dominance in the first 20 minutes we would have gone on and murdered them. Nolan would have scored 2-3 goals on another day, good game from him I thought.

Nolan has shown some excellent movement up front and has gotten into 2-3 ideal situations. Really annoyed he hasn´t put one in the back of the net. We are shit at defending crosses, Harper = zero presence.
