We need more defenders..
-
Look at the brightside, he might keep Smith out of the formation.
-
Give it to Smith.. Can't believe Allardyce actually did that!

Bolton running riot, facing a team who are playing exactly their style of football but far worse

f***ing hell there goes our whole strike force..

Same article says Carr can play anywhere in the back-line. Anyway i'm really hoping that Ameobi isn't waiting for an offer from Manchester fucking United.

Ben Tozer? why him and not Carroll or Donaldson? Most of those players won't even make a sub apperance this season imo. -
So am i really, what are the odds that he even starts him on Sunday?
-
He was on pretty high wages wasn't he?

That is class, fantastic!!

How long is that article btw that he turned 27 during it. -
Does it really matter if he can speak english or not? as long as he's doing his job and winning games then thats it.
-
Well were not selling Smith but were selling him.. Thats depressing.
-
Buy, sell more like
-
Confirmed?..what a shit signing from Chelsea if so. Always thought he would cut it easily in the italian league, lets see what he can do now.
-
He was really good last season but awfull this pre-season, hopefully it'll only be a minor set back and he can get back to form.
-
Owen, Martins, Viduka, Carroll two pacy strikers, two target men, does it for me really espically since were not playing in Europe, also Jonas and Duff can play in that role if they have too. Besides, selling Smith and Ameobi?..life isn't that good.
-
Will be good for him to reunite with Glenn Roeder, might see him scoring 15+ goals in the championship this season and will certinly be intrested in following how he'll do outside NUFC, good signing for both sides tbh. Now if only we can get rid of Smith..
-
Well maybe if he stops rejecting every fuckin offer that comes his way he'll get to leave.. Nevertheless, i'd rather have him ahead of Smith anyday..
-
Pretty much sums up how old he was at the time Shockingly enough..just wrote Overmars on Wikipedia and it says he's back to playing football, for Go Ahead Eagles apperently!!
-
Thats a really good signing for them, didn't see it coming.

Thats an S

Thought they were after love as well as Smith Doubt it, they'll have 5 strikers this way, and i'm not really expecting Moyes to see Smith as a midfielder, the deal seemed to reach a dead end last sunday and their no longer intrested..just a matter of time till the press announce that he's staying.. Why do people think Everton won't sign him as it will give them 5 strikers yet expect us to go out and buy another one on top of the 6 we already have? Because it'll keep Smith out of the line-up

Which five strikers are you referring to there? As far as I know they currently have only two senior strikers, Yakubu and Anichebe. Vaughan's starting to come through but I doubt he can be relied upon as a first team player yet. The likes of Jose Baxter certainly can't. Yakabu, Anichebe, Vaughan, Love, Smith Vaughan already made more than 20 apperances for the first team and is pretty much a part of it, he's much better than Smith aswell..
