Is Jermaine Pennant doing anything useful at Zaragoza? It wouldn't surprise me he isn't. He hasn't done much decent in his whole career.

3-0. I don't what the hell happened to them. French League is mad this year. Just as Lyon look set to take a firm lead in Ligue 1 they lose to two of the worst teams in the top flight with a win against Liverpool sandwiched in between. Montpellier have a chance to leapfrog Bordeaux into top spot but are currently losing. All of these events make tommorow's Le Classique even more vital.

Clairefontaine. Although it is not actually a club I suppose. He's younger an does more with less.

Exactly. Their system works like it does due to having that holding player there. And Cesc isn't good enough to dislodge either of those two. I think Cesc is better than Iniesta personally. I think he has more to his game. Still, Andres might just be a better fit for what they're doing at Barca.

I really don't like Totti, but regardless of personal feelings, you have to admire the man's talent as well as his loyalty.

These are supposed to be the best referee from every country in Europe

Feel like this tournament is much more interwesting with the new format. Toulouse are getting raped b Donestk. Lille 2-0 up against Genoa. French teams have had a fantastic week in Europe, tbh.

Has Anichebe played since Nolan tried to break his leg?
-
And his team line up? I like that you and Harry both favor the 4-3-3. It's my preference as well. The only problem with this team is their inability to touch the ball.

Oba plays a decent amount. Usually comes off bench but sometimes starts. Owen plays decent amount also, but has same chronic fitness issues as before. Don't know of Xisco, and Viduka is at home eating pies. Check soccernet for stats. (Americans are amazing when it comes to stats)

Kaizero being manager would lead to some weird kinky things. I really don't want that. We'd definitely get Skjelbred though, and that would be nice.
-
Neither was particularly good business Aguero cost almost as much as Torres fee for his move to Liverpool. \ Forlan cost about the same as Kun.

Brilliant. Vamos Madrid! One more! Una mas!! Actually, the popular cheer for Real is "¡Hala Madrid!". (Now I have to go wash my hands after typing it) 2-3 cracking game to be frank, and didn't expect Milan to win. Is it me of does Kaká kinda disappear in big games? He was nonexistant against Sevilla, did sod all tonight and again did sod all when we played Milan in the CL semifinal of 2006. Softens the blow of us being so dire last night I don't actually care for Madrid. I support Marseille and want them to go through. they did their job and won in Zurich, but Casillas and the clowns in Madrid's defence saw fit to gift Milan three points.

Atletico are basically the Hotspurs of La Liga (except it's a big two instead of big four). They do alot of posturing and spending in the transfer market, but at the end of the say they are a second rate team. Kun should leave. I see him at Chelsea if they get they're ban overturned. (no offence KD)

Never understood what all the hype about him is for, always seemed pretty average to me. I'm seen him play some absolutely fantastic footbll before. He needs some time to develop consistency though. I mean, do people realise he only turned 21 this summer, give him some time, ffs.

I hate football. I especially hate Real Madrid.
-
Considering I'm one of about 2 or 3 people on this forum that care about that match, you probaly ought to get a pass on that one.

Grafite is an idiot.

I cannot believe this. I really can't. How do teams always fail when I need them to succeed, and vice versa. edit: 1-0 l'OM. Come on Madrid!!
-
Damn! And it's still 0-0 in Switzerland. This is atrocious.

According to BBC, Dida has embarassed himself for Raul's goal.

What has he done this time?
