People will always talk about money but i think that needs to be taken out of the equation. As our inspiration would say, "it is what it is" in football. However, how many of us can't really be arsed if we work for a wank company and under a god awful manager? How many of us just go through the motions ? This guy is struggling but where is his motivation to help him out of this slump ?
