I think he'll be thoroughly professional, polite with the journalists and will only want to talk about the Man City game.
-
I really hope you're right and that he does want to sell, maybe with the proviso that SD still get some beneficial advertising
-
I woke up this morning thinking that this could well be the case, especially when I ask myself, why he would want to sell when it's so good for SD's advertising.
-
Why would they want rid of Nuno? He'll have been Mendes choice. I know it's unlikely. Just thinking of options that may be available to Rafa in the next 12 months or so.
-
We could be in a couple of weeks.
-
Wolves are coming up, are a big club, and have plenty of money behind them. They might possibly have an eye on him.
-
It's seen said a million times but its because the value is likely to drop massively due to the way he's running it. It'll not be worth £ 350 million in the Championship. Again, been said a million times, but this could likely be his best chance to make a profit on it because I cannot see anyone of any quality coming in for a long, long time. Rafa was a miracle. I cannot see it happening again.
-
They will start drifting away when we end up where Sunderland are. We will find out in a year or so as that is exactly where we are heading after todays events.
-
Interesting few days ahead as I cant for the life of me believe that PCP can stay silent. Rafa will be as level headed as always I think.
-
I doubt even Ashley would have the stones to bring that cunt back man. Imagine. Yeah he would. What a brilliant shield Pardew would be for all the shit that'd be flying around. Pardew however, wouldn't be stupid enough to come back.

Nowt to lose, won't be in the bottom three regardless of what happens. Just got to avoid an absolute hammering, which I believe we will do. We'll probably see a repeat of the home match up here which I think many, including me and I'm fucking going to the game because I'm a fucking idiot, will take. Just sing your heart out for Rafa mate Honestly, i don't know what I want from this game. My heads spinning tonight. -

I'm hoping that we go for them from the first whistle -
I'll be desperately disappointed for Rafa if he has a relegation against his name but I don't want Ashley to get next seasons, or any future seasons, TV money that he so covets. I'm therefore at a hopeful 10.
-
Ever heard of innocent until proven guilty ? Bit harsh to call them cunts already without any words from them.
-
Yeah well you mabe right there I'll bet that Everton will already have an eye on him.
-
Yup. Treated like absolute dirt. He's a clever man. I hope he he can come up with a way to call Ashley's bluff himself.
-
Only while Rafa is still here, for however long that may be. I can't actively want us to fail while Rafa is in charge. I'll support him until the day he leaves.
-
If it doesn't, and it becomes apparent that PCP have pulled out completely, then I'm going to be very conflicted. I'm going to want us to get relegated but then I don't want to lose games while Rafa is in charge.
-
Mike Ashley likes this.
-
And Sunderland. I think they always tried to improve but were just very poor at it and struggled to attract the right calibre of people. We are actively trying to fail. "Fit and Proper Person"
-
Ah that's a real shame. RIP

On the face of it, it's a very poor and amazingly unimaginative appointment. You never know though, something might just click and he may get something out of the squad which would be just our luck. Stoke fans can hardly be inspired.
