  1. Unfair criticism of Kadar and Zurab I think, they were both no worse than the general team performance. Kadar looked alright for me (he is young afterall) and Zurab did ok too. Not world beaters by any stretch of the imagination but come on guys the negativity at the moment is rediculous.
  2. Just got back. Weird weird game. Thought the penalty was an odd decision, we should have had one in the first half too. We played pretty poorly, lack of formation on the right side didnt help, although at the moment who should we play there!? Guthrie clearly is a CM (played well enough today considering he was out of position). I thought Kadar had a solid enough game, looked comfortable (early days obviously). Harewood is so frustrating becuase he just gives up far too easily if the ball literally doesn't land on his big toe. Ranger had a good impact on the game when he came on (should start in my opinion). Big AC did alright and maybe should have scored a couple more really (horrible miss inside the 6 yard box). Jonas had one of tose days where his lack of final ball made him look very very poor at times , but I don't question his determination to do well (some were on the radio on the way back), he also improved when Nile came on I thought. Enrique was as solid as ever (in my opinion is a great player). Nolan played half decently but ultimately he won the game for us with a great goal, I liek him because he seems to care. Raylor was fairly solid (not helpedhough by the lack of a natural RM infron tof him). Zurab did alright and for the life of me I can't see why he was sent off (from my angle Butt caused more trouble) did I miss something. Harper didn't have much to do. We won when a draw perhaps reflected the performance better. The officiating was extremely poor and I thought the game ran a risk of boiling over at any point due to their incompetence. I'm pleased we won and I hope we appeal the red card.
  3. I was told Arnie, as in the Californian Governor, trained when he was much younger in the north of England and it is rumored he has a little soft spot in his cold heart for us.
  4. Anyone notice how Billy Bragg is one of the pictures in the top header. Maybe I'm too young but how did Billy Bragg ruin football. Also couldn't help but notice our esteemed owner in the same header. What the fuck has Mike Ashley done wrong? Probably southerners picking on geordies again, those cheeky cockneys.

    Nile Ranger

Thought he did well today. Included an absolutely ridiculous bit of skill in their box followed by a lovely back heel. Seems strong, skillful and fast I hope he continues to show good form and improve. Love how he walks round with his hands on his hips.

    Park Ji-Sung

The guy never looks tired. He could probably run 3 marathons back to back then play a game of football. He has some skill and technique, but he is the kinda player who's hard work creates the space for other players and knackers the opposition out. He is world class in terms of his game, just no the technical side I think.
  10. To the tune of the "green dragon song" sang by Merry and Pippin in "The Lord of the Rings: Two Towers", Words: Flying down the left and right, Wearing Black and White, Its Jonas Guittierez! Superfast down the line, He's our favourite Argentine, Its Jonas Guittierez! He likes to think he's Spiderman, Can he beat him, course he can, Itssssssssssss Jonas Guittierez!
  11. I was thinking about something, and I am not going to name any names. If a certain someone was to have a 'gentleman's agreement' with a certain permier league club to join at the end of the season, and then his said current club and the latter mentioned club were in a relegation dog fight where it was one or the other going down, would the said player not have a conflict of interests? No-one in particualr mind, just was wondering what people thought on this purely hypothetical situation with purely fictional characters.
  12. If you search for someone called Vinicius Simon you get this kid, the one in photos sure as hell look alike anyway. He plays for santos, which is mentioned in the article. Acording to a santos site he plays CB and is 22, born 11/17/86.
  13. I've got to say for someone that seems to be trying to be almost apologetic, well maybe not apologetic but certainly sympathetic, with users of this board you haven't really come across great in that little snippet. I don't presume to know anything about you, but mentioning you chose NUFC over your "southern wife", by the sounds of it, and have recently been involved in violence at a football ground doesn't really create an inspiring image. I am only a relatively young supporter of the club, and this is by far the worst I have ever experienced, but the situation we are in now has long been in the making. Kevin Keegan's return was nothing more than a catalyst for the inevitable. Untill someone comes in and litterally throws money at the problem we aren't gonna turn around anytime soon. Everything about our current situation can't be pin pointed onto any one person. I am angry and upset about the situation but don't feel that constantly exposing our wounds is ever gonna solve anything. No one is gonna buy a football club nowadays and probably wont for sometime either for obvious financial reasons, we're stuck with Ashley for the forseeable future, and I guess the issue I have with your banner is that I feel that it might as well read " THERE IS A PROBLEM THERE IS A PROBLEM THERE IS A PROBLEM THERE IS A PROBLEM!" cause whilst I sort of understand your point, I guess I just want to try and make best of whats happening and not constantly bring up again and again the turmoil of the moment. Also this "cockney" bollocks just makes us look silly, and the "mafia" bit aswell, neither of those words apply to Ashley and Wise, you say you couldn't fit Buckinghamshire on, well why not just Ashley. The cockney reference takes away from your standpoint as it is simply interpretted as Northerners hating Londoners/southerners which just makes us look like pricks. I appreciate your right to make banners, but I and many others have the right to the opinion that your banner is an embarassment.
  14. Can I take them to court for miss-representation? This bunch of clowns are as much responsible for the instability at our club as Lambias or Wise or Vetere or Ahsley or whoever, making a parade of all that bollocks that surrounded Keegans departure just reflects badly on the club again and gives the press amunition, these morons should fuck off or at least remove their name as I am a Newcastle United supporter and the only thing they do for me is piss me off by making a bad situation worse.
  15. Maybe it is but I'm sorry I am just pissed of with this whole situation and please excuse the rant.
  16. Kevin Keegan can fuck off. He may have been a good player for us in the past, and maybe even a good manager at times. But thats all he ever was, an employee of the Club. He's tried to make himself bigger than the Newcastle United, and quite frankly he can suck my balls for that. It was always clear to every oother fucker in the world that Ashely was set up to buy young promising players and not splash on Superstar signings, he knew about Wise (who in my eyes hasn't exactly doen a bad job) and company way back in January. His motives for leaving seem to me more and more suspect the more I think about it, and this makes it clear that money may have been a big one. If he just walks away then fine, but now his acts are becoming detrimental to the club (even more so than before) and as a result his hero status to me is more than just tarnished. Kevin thanks for scoring goals for Newcastle United before I was born, and thanks for entertaining me in the 90's, but for aiding in the demise of the football club I am doomed to love you can fuck of back to spain.
  17. Is this an elaborate jape by those rascal mackems?
  18. "UAE Sunderland supporters club and long time friend of Dennis Wise, where they were both in the Wimbledon youth team before Khalifa went onto make his cash" Who's been fucking with wiki then?
