My thoughts on this too! 1. First thing is to appoint a sporting director. 2. He will have a say in what manager to bring in. 3. They will both hava a say in what players we will sign. On top of this the transfer window is closed for more than 2 months, so can't bring any players in now anyway. ...but of course it's fun to speculate. ?

I think Luis Campos as a sporting director and Pochettino as manager would be great.

I think we will build the club up step by step. That goes for managers too. Don't think we will get the world class managers just yet. Think that we could do well with a manager like Howe, Potter or someone like that for 2-3 years to take us to the next step and then go for the next level manager. By that time we will also rebuild the training ground, St James Park and the academy. Point is it will take some time but we will improve all along. There are so many things that needs improvement at the same time.

Hoping some of the young players could have a role to play in the future too. With good players around them and a manager who can actually manage them to become better players. Thinking of Kell Watts, Elliott Anderson, Joe White for example.

Maehle and Spinazzola would be very exiting if you ask me! Would also like to see us go for Bellingham.

Get rid of Bruce now! Put Greame Jones as a caretaker and see how that turns out. Hopefully he can get us a few wins between now and January. Then hopefully the takeover go through and the new owners can pick a new manager. A few ifs, buts and maybes, but here's hoping...!

Haven't read the last few pages in this thread because I just get lost when I try to do... Can anyone fill me in what's happening: 1. Will there be any result of the CAT-case made in public, and if so what's the timescale for that? 2. And what's the next step? 3. What's this all leaning towards, takeover or no takeover?
