What's happening with this takeover stuff?

This is essentially the main issue and has been for years under Ashley. We aren't a true sporting institution because we don't strive to achieve anything. Two best posts of the year tba! Sums it all up. We must put in all the effort we can to put pressure on Ashley. He must sell up now. Doesn't even care if we go down and/or Rafa leaves. Just get Ashley out of this club!

I don't question the work done by Rafa. Without him we would be stuck in the championship right now. I'm talking about the next step. When(or if) new owners comes along. THEN I want a more offensive aproach and maybe another manager. As long as Ashley is here, Rafa is the best man for the job(too good to be here actually).

I like Rafa as a person. He says the right things and raelly cares for the fans and the club. He is a great proffessional and got bags of experience. But the football we play under him is so boring to watch. I know he has never got the players he wanted and never been backed by Ashley(and never will). But I'm not sure the football won't be much funnier to watch even if he gets better players, although we may get more points. If we ever get new owners(wich I think will happen at least untill the summer) I'm starting to think it would be good with a new manager at the same time. A new voice for the players and a manager who wants to play some offensive football for once. Like I said, still likes Rafa and not sure on this. Maybe we could play another football with Rafa if he get the players he wants but I'm not sure. Think he has his way of playing the game and it's very defensive minded. Not sure that is what I want to see in the long run if we get new owners with a little bit of ambition. Thoughts?

I'm all for playing 3 att the back. But the reason to do it is to get our wingbacks as far up as possible and to have 3 central midfielders. We can't have both wingbacks and wingers on the pitch at the same time. If we need to defend with more than 3 it should be the more defensive central midfielder who should drop down to central defence and one of the central defenders to be a fullback. This must be the best way to play at home against the teams at the bottom half of the table where we must dictate the game and play offensive football and will easily get the crowd behind and make it a very difficult away game for the other team.

Yeah, that was a good tackle! But it was almost the only good thing he did all game. Very poor passing and no determination. Seems so unsure what to do theese days. Right the opposite to what he use to play. His tecnic aren't the best, but he used to play it simple and after his strength. If he gets back to that he is a good player.

I think Ashley wants to sell the club. But the buyers thats been mentioned doesen't have the money required. Or just don't value the club as high and don't want to bid higher. If thats the case they will not be much better then Ashley(?). Just put up the cash or fuck off!

I think Almiron want to sign for us but Ashley won't pay his pricetag. But he's been told that if the takeover is completed he will be the first signing in the new owners future plans. A signing that has been earmarked by Rafa. Only stumbling block is to get the alledged takeover done and dusted.
