I do not think january was a fiasco. The right players were not available or they were silly expensive. We had what we needed. We had key players out for most of the 2nd part of the season and still won promotion fairly easy. More money for the summer window and less deadwood to get rid. There will be enough to do before our squad is ready to challenge for top 8...which i hope is our target for the first season in the PL.

Hope Rafa will sign at least 3 top quality players this summer. 1 for each chain.

Rafa had one window to more or less change a whole squad. How can people expect all to be 100% successful? We have a good squad and he made some very important signings. We are playing in the Championship and not challenging for CL, which means he could not pick players from top shelves. He has done good - sometimes im confused and maybe not agreeing on his decisions. We could play better, but overall we could not ask for more. Give the man a break!

Agree, that his finishing havent been good enough. But last year we saw some good finishing especially with the head. A year out on loan next year (playing regulary) will tell if he is a keeper...

Dont think he is a bad finisher. Its all in his head atm. Lack of "form" and confidence. .

Not worried about promotion. Maybe Rafa feels the same or he misjugded the window. We know nothing before Rafa speaks tomorrow! I hope and choose to believe Rafa was backed, he only wanted PL quality and his preferred targets was harder to get than expected.
