A few thoughts. Positive first. krul + defends was did well. we needed a clean sheet. cabaye back looked promising. got 1 point....at least. Negative: everything else i guess. Good job keeping them from scoring but we hardly had a shot at their goal....a team who havent had a clean sheet since november. its norwich ffs. Cisse must be frustrated as hell. soooooooooooo isolated. too much focus on defending. Also obertan and jonas on wings doesn´t produce anything. jonas helps out defending....but obertan cornes and free kicks is never seen worse...AT ALL. its unbelievable how poor we are. They are so important to us since we cant be a serious attacking treat in open play. anitas new long ball style is a proper proof of pardew f.cking everything up. I do not believe in him anymore. I hate his football philosophy and im far from convinced it will ever change. Good players can be brought in....but it will be down to their individual talent to show us good attacking football, it will never be because of pardews ideas/tactics. we have never looked so poor for so long before.

jores okore was mentioned somewhere yesterday. We should buy him. He could walk straight into the line up and do alright....still young without so much experience. but he looked good in CL and he also have played for the danish team. We would be a good move for him. Go get him. Huge potential.

To be fair i never got this logic. He can still do a job for 90 minutes a week, every one in the country has been through a rough patch and put their heads down at some point, if anything football should be a brief respite from his troubles. well we dont know how badly he wants out. actually we know nothing. What i mean is - he cant be our captain unless he comes out and explain and denies everything. How can a captain behave like this when we already have so much trouble? its just wrong. He just signed a new contract....be professional and wait until the season is over. This will no doubt have negative effect on the squad and also on new good players who atm is considering coming here. if all he wants is going back to his fathers club in argentina...then is it not like he has to perform well in order to attract good clubs. if he is so troubled about being here then it is better he leaves. problem is he is our captain, hard to replace and we wont get much for him.

the damage has been done imo. Only good thing to come from this is colo dismisses everything (doubt that). the best thing is to sell him for a fair fee asap and face reality and go out and buy 2 top quality CBs....wage policy aside....this is an emergency, BIG TIME.
