I would if I knew how. Make a poll, or what the poll is about? Collate a decent number of possible dates, put them in a poll ( with as many votes as possible), and see which date gets the most positive number of responses. One date will not cater to everybody, but it may suit the majoity, some people may miss out at this time of year.
