One thing that doesn't quite add up to me is wages. We know how they can afford the transfer fee. However they just gave Salah and Van Dijk huge new contracts. No doubt alot of their other players will be on big deals also. Isn't their supposed to be like a 70% wages to turnover rule for Europe now? If they are adding Isak on £300k and Ekitike aswell probably £200k. Surely they are skirting close to the limit. Or is their revenue really as scarily high as I imagine to be able to afford all of those players salaries ?

At this current moment we are likely going to be relying on players like Willock and Lascelles this season for significant minutes. Both have long outlasted their use. No offense to either as injuries have clearly affected their development but they are not the standard we need.

Yeah looks hot as. But then surely you try to keep possession more and limit how much you give the ball away so you don't have to sprint around chasing. Most have them been sloppy as hell with protecting the ball.

If they want Guehi on a free next year we should go slap a £40m offer into Palace now and force them into buying him this summer and therefore having less funds to put towards Isak bid.
