This is one of the best, most ridiculous kits of the season. Pretty much everything else they’ve put out this season though is absolutely trash.

As a foreigner I may have to abstain from the overall discussion because I don’t have access to season tickets, and I’m not looking for tickets every other weekend. But I will always stand tall for my love of this club. A huge part of me would argue that strongly supporting this club from just about 4500 miles away for the last 20 years gives me a bit of this imaginary loyalty. What does a “better fan” deserve that I don’t?

Away fans in the home stands, in this argument, has to be an absolute straw man right? A dude and his son, coming all the way up from London, spending whatever that costs travel wise, a night’s accommodations, food, spending 35 a piece for each membership, 75 a piece for a ticket, just to stand next to y’all in SJP to watch Chelsea or whoever? I don’t buy it.

I know what you mean but you’d hope that some of these dudes, especially the ones in the middle of their careers like Maxi, will accept the payday and then quickly be like fuck this. It’s literal pub league level quality stuff and it will bore them to death (you’d imagine anyway). A year, maybe two, for a lot of these dudes I’d bet. Then back amongst the actual competitive leagues again.

This question getting floated daily is starting to grind my gears. It’s been covered dozens and dozens of times already. All of those clubs sell players for massive profits. We don’t. Grealish alone bought Villa like what? three seasons? of essentially unlimited spending. They’re also all much further along in commercial deals than we currently are.

What’s the deal with the chicks? They seem completely out of ideas and look like the worst USWNT I’ve seen. Is it really just the head coach?

If that happened that’s really fucked. Although from the outside looking in on the Trust and the other groups of the same ilk, they all seem incredibly self serving and are only used to elevate their own self interests/self image while being attached to the club and their proximity to it for clout. So something happening like mentioned above, while absolutely fucked, comes as no surprise really.

Bruno, Tonali, and Paqueta in the center of the park would be fucking tasty like.
