It really is quite amazing how much is kept secret. One thing that drives me nuts is guessing how much a player is being paid. In American sports you know everything when the deal is signed. It doesn't mention reducing capacity, not sure where people got that from. It talks about making 5,000 seats obstructed view, which would be stupid in its own right. Obstructed views were one of the biggest knocks against old stadiums/arenas for all sports. Would be silly to create this problem. Looking at this from an American point of view though, it's ridiculous that a world class stadium doesn't have a video board or scoreboard.

That's under a 9 hour drive for me compared to 19 for Kansas City.

If they play in NY/NJ/Philly then I may drop dead from excitement.
