WTF? How's that not a pen? Bundled to the ground from behind, no attempt to get the ball
-
How many more times? Six clear fouls in ten minutes
-
That's two clear yellow cards the refs bottled in five minutes
-
That's at least a yellow card ffs
-
That's the fullest part of the ground, Sheffield United fans in the top tier. The top tier at this side of the ground, from where the photo was taken, was completely empty.
-
Trent Bridge Inn?
-
Good point! As the teams went off at half time, the camera panned up and you could see the entire upper tier, which is on two sides of the ground, was empty, apart from the Sheffield United fans.
-
I've been looking forward to seeing what nonsense attendance they'd announce. Closer to 27,000 in reality.
-
Have you ever seen a ground empty as quick as that? The game hasn't been finished five minutes and there's literally no-one left
-
What game have you been watching? The makems have only been decent for the last ten minutes, their goal in the first half was massively against the run of play.
-
Got to agree with Goodman for once, Berge is definitely interfering with play there. But
-
That's more like it! Great finish, just as good as the makems goal.
-
When he was captain of the makems, Ball used to turn up for the odd function at the Wearside hospital my mam used to work at back in the 90s. I went to one of the do's and was introduced to Ball and can honestly say he was the most instantly dislikeable cunt it's ever been my misfortune to meet. It wasn't just because he's a red and white, I've met Jimmy Montgomery, who is a lovely fella and Terry Butcher when he was their manager and he was a gentleman.
-
Yes. I was still raging about that days later. In fact, now it's been brought up, I'm raging about it now
-
Yep, Lopetegui wasn't going to mention it, he answered the question and was quite gracious in defeat, but that wasn't enough for Sky and their bias. No no, then they asked the same question again and showed their footage from the angle that it most looked like a foul. And people tell me it's not corrupt.
-
You won't, unless you go looking for it, Sky are desperate not to let the Pope incident go though, just listen to this interview with the wolves manager now ?
-
What the fuck is everyone watching with the Pope incident? The only thing that's fuckin clear is that it was the wolves player that initiated the contact, Pope is pulling away from it. Jamie Redknapp and Jimmy Floyd still crying about it ffs.
-
Get in Miggy lad, fuck you Carragher
-
Well at least Carragher is getting what he wanted. Honestly, the co commentators all absolutely HATE us, there's not one that ever gives us the time of day. Edit: as I type this Carragher just proves my point with that nonsense.
-
Bet it doesn't get picked apart at the end, the way Pope's fuck up was at half time
-
Which is what I was trying to say in my post earlier
-
I thought that at the time, the action needed to run a few more seconds.
-
Absolute nonsense being spoken about the possible penalty - we've seen it dozens of times now and no-one can say for definite wether it was or wasn't. So the ref made a decision and the VAR backed him up because it wasn't a big error. So if your name is Jamie and you're working for Sky today FUCK RIGHT OFF! .
-
Stick someone else on freekicks ffs... Oh, what a goal!!
