  1. The commentary is so biased it's untrue. All the way through the first half it's been like listening to an Everton supporter in the stands commentate. I laughed at that like. "Shaded". Ridiculous punditry.
  2. Atwell is the worst ref I've seen since Brian Coddington. We will finish with ten men because of him
  3. Defo williamsons fault for goal, Perch had to come across and cover although he didn't do a very good job Williamson should have been there. Ref is that Stuart Atwell who, if I remember correctly was complete shite last season. He also looks like he is about 15 years old.
  4. And fox comes on just as they score, fantastic. Shite defending.
  5. f***ing Foxtel, what do we pay these bastards for? To f*** it up, like durr obviously
  6. No Mr Icke I don't work at TH. They are mostly good lads just trying to do jobs with office politics and wankers getting in the way. Just like everyone else I suppose.
  7. Neil is a decent bloke, he was doing a job under very trying circumstances especially when Anal was around. I know for fact that he tried in vain to do decent stuff on Shepherd but was either threatened by the club or Oliver ran to his boss. Luke Edwards and Neil were the best of the bunch there, unfortunately people like Ryder play the political game and stay on. Think you're right though, we will end up with only the one paper, I've heard the same rumor too. Looks like Sunderland uni is the place for ex Thomson House hacks.
  8. So Hughton doesn't care about getting us promoted? Not sure how you managed to come up with that. Read the bit in bold again and you'll see that I was saying that they've probably discussed the matter, but Ashley would have probably had the final say. It might not be that way, but going on past events, there's a high chance that's what happened.
  9. People are being naive to the extreme believing that this 'disciplining' choice would have been down to Hughton. He may have had input, but ultimately it would have been Ashley calling the shots as it's his dough riding on the return to the greedy club.
  10. You absolute fucking pillock. Have you ever been involved with someone who has mental health problems? Do you have ANY idea of people who have mental health problems go through? Obviously not from your immature replies. I'm sure some of his actions are self inflicted, but he's surrounded by people or attracts people who only seem too happy to help him on his way to oblivion. I've bumped into him a couple of times, on both good and bad days, so I've seen both sides to him. He's a great bloke, but he needs serious long term help if he's going to get through the next 10 years or so. I'm interested in your views on how people with serious mental health problems should be treated, especially when they live their lives being chased around by the media. Just a note to other people - if you read his book, you'll see that the mental health problems came way before the alcoholism
  11. Idiot. Have you read his book or even met the bloke? There are know excuses for his behaviour at times, but that's just going too far.
  12. Of course they've shagged each others wives, that's why they all wear t-shirts supporting those players.
  13. Terry was/is still with his missus tho. Well if she's still with Terry she's obviously got over it so we don't really need to take her into consideration. Do we know she's still with him? Apparantly she only found out on friday and had a complete screaming match with Bridge's ex on the phone. Does that sound like she is over it? She's moved to her parents apparently. As far as the English Man City players who weren't wearing the shirts - probably a bit wary in case Terry somehow manages to still be captain. And with that an excellent example of why he shouldn't/can't be. Exactly

  15. Are you saying it's ok to shag your best mate's ex even if you are married or in a long term relationship? Glad he's not my mate.
  16. What about the other (England - don't give a shit about Chelsea) players being very pissed off with him?
  17. I used to work for the company who make this drug, so know a bit about it. It work in the brain and increases the feeling of fullness after a meal - otherwise known as satiety. This means after a few mouthfuls you feel full, so don't eat any more. It is supposed to help decrease portion sizes. It's also worth noting that it's been withdrawn from sale due to cardiovascular risks that are associated with it. Having said that, I'm not sure how this could benefit a footballer, unless they have a specific weight problem. If it's banned though, there must be a reason behind it, I just can't work it out.
  18. And let's face it the next step down is Rio Ferdinand. I think it's best to stick with John 'Rusty Clotheshanger' Terry for lack of a better option The only reason to strip his captaincy is because the players don't respect him anymore. The only reason. Disagree with that. The bloke is clearly a first class twat. Hopefully Capello has the balls to make a stand against this type of bullshit, which if he is left as captain could undermine the whole WC campaign. If I was Terry, I'd publicly apologise to both sets of players, his wife and most importantly Bridge, keep my head down, resign the England captaincy, hope I'm picked for the world cup and play my arse off. I don't expect him to do any of these things.
  19. credit where credit is due, he is backing his manager clearly. clearly it is to make sure we go back up, whatever his reasons for doing so, im not overally bothered as long as we get there. I agree, it's just some people seem to be thinking of Ashley in a slightly positive light. so what? He doesn't deserve to be thought of like that. if he continues to do the correct things, then credit has to be given. No it doesn't, he's doing it purely for himself.

  22. Don't get too excited with Ashley showing some common sense, he's just doing the minimum to make sure he gets a maximum return on his investment when we go up.
  23. To be fair you see that many of the overpaid tossers trying to score in nightclubs, they deserve everything they get. How funny would it be though if that brothel creeping manager was Phil Brown? Got this throgh on popbitch today as well, which I thought was interesting "Which goalkeeper left his club to the surprise of fans and the club, because unknown to them he'd discovered the team's striker was shagging his wife?" Any guesses?
