  1. If N'Zogbia really wants out, switch Milner to the left permanently.

If he goes to Spurs, then we have to go for Bentley, without a doubt. If Bentley does decide to leave and Spurs end up signing him then we need to show interest in Lennon. The same goes for Chelsea with Sean Wright-Phillips. Pennant is supposedly going to be released in the summer so he is another option.

Obviously, it's all ifs right now.

  2. Hang on.

When he left the Arse, didn't Reyes go on at length about how he couldn't settle in London, with its lack of things to do, and shops which closed every now and then?

So he can't settle in the most multicultural city in the world, but he's expected to settle in Newcastle? Or anywhere else in the UK for that matter?

    Disaster waiting to happen.

He complained about the cold as well, which really wouldn't serve him well up here.

  4. Rozenhal is not particularly any worse than Faye - just another journeyman pro. HE's just not big and balck, so cretins don't assume he's soem kind fo "beast" in defence, like they do with Faye.

Why do you have such an intense dislike of Faye?

Isn't he quite well known for being an open racist (Northern Monkey)?

  5. Scott McDonald?

    Aiden McGeady?

    Steven Fletcher?

    Kris Boyd?

    Scott Brown?

That would be 4 Scottish players and an Australian.

Oh, I thought he meant players from the SPL.

    Scott McDonald?

  7. He'll also have some extra money to spend after selling Smith and Carr... I hope.

Doesn't Carr's contract expire in the summer?

Maybe, sorry if I've got some facts wrong. To be honest I don't really pay much attention to anything to do with Carr.

I'm not sure to be honest, don't care either. We just need to get rid of him.

  8. Looked like he streched something in his right leg at the end of the game. Hope it's nothing (serious), and that he is ready for next trainingsession already.

I think he may have been injured at the end of the game. He was walking very strangely and then tried to run (it off).

  9. This has to be our first choice back four. Beye looked very assured today at right-back and he is starting to play more like he did at Marseille, although it would be good to see him putting crosses in like he used to. Taylor looked pretty solid and was committed for 90 minutes. It made me laugh when he sprinted back into position in the 82nd minute after ambitiously going forward for a free-kick. Faye looked good, but he wasn't really threatened in all fairness. Enrique impressed me today, strong in the tackle and in the air, he dealt with Davies relatively well. He does definetly have some sight and I think he and N'Zogbia could work well together on the left.

As good as our defence looked today, it is important to remember how poor Fulham were today. They never really threatened and their strikers seemed completely impotent. Spurs away will be a real test for our new defence.
