  1. Sturm Graz 1-2 Hartburg is approaching half-time - Hartburg were a whopping 16/1 to win with Bluesq and I chucked a quid on it. Be class if they could hold on, be a decent bonus!
  2. Also put a cheeky 50p on all four PL games tonight to be draws - wins £186
  3. Do Blackburn look like winning this?
  4. Had a £1 draw treble to win £20-odd - Sociedad/Betis and Fleetwood/Wrexham - just need Chievo to equalise against Meelan.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

Surprised Mick Lowes didn't just go Hatem Ben Arfa.....................................has scored" like he normally does with nee emotion.
  6. Bluesq void player to score bets if they don't start the game. I've done that sort of bet with WH before and they do it like what you say, if they feature at all it counts.
  7. My grandad died of mesothelioma late last year and it's a fucking horrid disease and very hard to recover from. Best wishes to Freddie and his family.

    Shola Ameobi

Said to the bloke next to me 'I reckon Shola Time will be soon' and within 90 seconds he's getting ready on the touchline and the fourth official is up with the board. It was a really well-timed substitution and Shola did really well.
  10. He linked up nicely with Santon, I was really impressed. Added energy and a different dimension. He's quick, works hard and is very direct.
  11. Had Colo FGS e/w, Cisse 3-0 and Cisse last goal, so I made enough profit for a few pints at least. Also had a 5-way 'player to score' accy - Cisse, Jelavic (void), Crouch (void), Adebayor (void) and Dempsey - so won a decent amount on that despite only getting two of them
  12. Ferguson had a really good game today. Him and Shola essentially won us the game - Ferguson's persistence and energy down the left gave Hatem the space to work some magic and Shola for Ba freshened things up at just the right moment. Good subs and well timed from Pards.
  13. Who's your next Messiah... Oh wait, nee-one famous comes from fucking Birmingham.
  14. About time the fuckers conceded a deflected goal, they score enough of the bastards.
  15. Glad they mentioned the wall was close on Ben Arfa's free kick. The stupid cunt ref counted out 8 steps and then still allowed them to inch another two yards forwards. Useless.
  16. The mackems on fourth even after they're in the game with the most goals

    Hatem Ben Arfa

I've never seen a goal where a player has ran 70 yards in a straight line through four or five challenges to score. He's special. The Blackburn goal was better, btw. I was behind both in the Gallowgate.
  18. He was our worst and most wasteful player today. Thankfully Bolton weren't any good and we got away with it. Before Mick et al jump on me for slating him, I thought he was coming into some decent form before today.
  19. Krul 7 - nothing outstanding but made the saves he had to. Kicking dreadful as per Simpson 5.5 - defensively suspect and wasteful with the ball, Bolton were too poor to really punish him. A real shame as he'd been coming into some form Williamson 7 - steady once again, has his mojo back Coloccini 7 - like he'd never been away. Not exactly given a massive test here Santon 6.5 - steady enough, improved with Ferguson in front of him Gutierrez 6 - mixed bag, sometimes wasteful and occasionally excellent. Worked hard Perch 6 - not particularly terrible but it just wasn't the game for him, an out-and-out defensive midfielder wasn't really required Cabaye 7 - industrious and good with the ball, kept us ticking over Ben Arfa 8 - magic goal, he ran in a straight line from his own half to score economical with the ball too Cisse 7 - classy touches as ever, good finish too. Seems to have learned at the Leon Best school of offsides, like Ba 6.5 - worked hard but it didn't really happen for him, correctly replaced around the hour mark Ferguson 7 - impressive, we looked much better with him on the left. Won a lot of corners, very tidy and energetic Shola 7 - another nice cameo, did brilliantly to beat Wheater and cross for Papiss R.Taylor 6 - saw the game out, one fantastic cross for Cisse at the end of the game The referee was shocking today, dunno who he was but just like Chris Foy last season he allowed Bolton (Wheater in particular) to push, pull and foul our forwards all afternoon and awarded us the sum total of fuck all in return. I was genuinely shocked he didn't pull Shola back for a foul when he beat Wheater in the lead up to the second goal. There was an incredible moment in the first half where Wheater had both arms around Cisse's neck, pulled him to the ground then headed the ball away - the referee looked at it and waved his arms as if to say 'no foul'. Completely useless. Pardew got his subs spot on, well done to him for realising we didn't really need Perch in the centre of the park and what we really did need was some proper width to stretch the game and give Hatem some more space to work his magic. Shola for Ba was at just the right time too, and I liked that he let Hatem have some applause for that terrific goal at the end.

What song welcomes them? Formerly 'Ready To Go' hence the forum name. Last time I heard it was the music from The Apprentice.
