When the players on the pitch aren't looking at them, listening to them, and are just deciding by themselves. All of that tactical meeting with six players just for someone to kick the ball at the goal and miss by a mile. Then you've got the actual coach who runs off the bench to stand in the technical area and flail their arms about. As @Dr.Spaceman says, it's just teams copying each other. It feels like they're doing it to appear like they're cutting edge, but it honestly just looks all for show. I might be wrong, like, just my opinion.
