For me it really depend on the additions we get. As we have a limited squad, PL, Europe, hopefully a decent cup run, ANC etc will take a toll on our squad. We need 3-4 quality players in, to have a chance to compete on all fronts.

I love Ba, and i hope he stays. But we should not alter the formation to fit him in. We was so much better in a 433/4231. Next season we will have shitloads of matches, so he will get a fair share for matches as a pure striker me thinks.

I agree with Unbelievable!, its the selling club who have to set the price, and its also their job to keep the player happy. So if they reject a decent bid, and player is unhappy, they have to deal with it.

Cheeky bid, rejected --> player/agent upset--> goes to the media--> falls out with club--> transfer request --> shows up at Newcastle Airport--> signs for Newcastle. Repeat ad infinitum. Problem?
