West Ham agree fee in region of £15m with Liverpool for Andy Carroll
High Five o replied to Pilko's topic in Football
Did not understand this myself. Chelsea went £50m in red anyway you look at it. Liverpool payed £35m to us. Liverpool should have spent the £35m better, so should Chelsea with the £50m. There was only one winner, that's us. -
Have a player ever been analyzed down to frames here before? People are kind of crazy in this tread tbh.

Just play 4-2-4 imo

 Xisco does not waste time -
And..? He's called Mike. and from Newcastle.

OptaJoe Opta Sports 20 - Sunderland have the longest consecutive losing streak in Premier League history of 20 games. Battered
-
And..? Guess he updates some info about Davide then, not that hard to figure out really?

Spot on. Hoilett looks like a very good player. But he should not be our priority imo.

He will get back. Just needs a run of matches. It does not look like he lost the pace. He still have the guts to try to get past a man. His style is based on timing and pace. He need to get the timing correct again, as it all happens in great speeds. If his timing is 0,3 sec off, he will lose the ball. Let him get a run like Obertan got in the start of the season, and he will be a integral part of our team. Personally i am very excited, and can not wait to see him get a extended run of matches.

Some people are crazy Let the boy get some time, get up to speed. Then we will use him, he is just to good for us to have on the bench in the long run. Him and Ba on top

Same, I've been arguing this for ages. My only doubt is that there are clubs out there who can make Carroll-esque offers which are hard to turn down for any club. That's just football though. Agree, i am not worried, but i can actually see top clubs throwing silly money at us for both Tiote and Cabaye in the future. But unfortunately that is just the way football is. At some point it will happen. Just got to hope that Graham Carr keeps the production line going at the other end. Only 12 months ago we would have thought the end was nigh if lost Carrol, Barton, Nolan and Enrique....Yet here we are Third Good point. But sooner or later we will not buy gold for the price of gravel. As long as we get good players in, okay. Carr have his work cut out form him

Cabaye and Tiote should not be sold. They look happy, and if they suddenly change their mind, and want to go to manu, we need to price them "right". No way we should accept anything less than £20m in todays market. Also, i think Ashley can be right cunt to negotiate with. Both players have long contracts. The Carroll sale made Ashley aware what sums we can demand for our top players.

This attitude is really starting to grate on me. Everyone wrote us off last night yet we passed that test with flying colours. After their dominant opening to the season, Man Utd haven't looked great since then and are conceding the most amount of chances throughout the whole league. Nevermind having an outside chance of a draw, we should be going there with the belief we can win - they aren't unbeatable. Thankfully it looks as though our players have this belief in themselves, just wish this would transfer to some of our fans too. in 10 games the 2 manchester clubs have only failed to win at home once (when manure were thrashed by city). going into those games expecting anything but a loss will be setting ourselves up for dissapointment. Not that we cant get something like, city needed a deflection around 70 mins to get passed everton a couple of weeks ago, and manure are not invicible, but we'd have to play out of our skins to get anything. Nothing is impossible, but anything more than 0 points against the two manc teams would be a bonus. Most important for me is to get through the matches without injuries, suspensions and most preferably any thrashings that can ruin our good spirit atm. If we are lucky and play out of our skins, we might nick a point or three, but its not likely, this year at least...

But then again, Guthrie has shown he is more than capable of doing a job in CM so bit of a dilemma. Wouldn't mind seeing Abeid though. Agree, i thing Guthrie, Abeid and Gosling sees this as their big chance, and will do all they can to get the spot when Tiote is away. Guthrie lookes excellent yesterday, and are used to PL, so i guess he takes the spot, but who knows.

Hahaha, CLASS!!

Everything goes so well with the club now, so some people need to create something to worrying about

I will hold my judgment until HBA gets several more chances. Like how people draw conclusions after the few minutes we have seen him in the Nufc shirt. That being good and bad. The guy is very talented, but it reminds to see if he can hit top form, and is willing to put down a shift for the team.

If that is correct, Chopra just got a little cult hero status for me. So epic!
-
I agree he should get involved with the reserves. Bit weird actually, as its no downside with it.
-
That's Ba in the spotlight, losing his religion  That is perfection for you ladies and gentlemens.

So retarded thing to do. Hope they get in touch with him, and teach him a lesson. The kid must be shit scared now, statement on the club page, and all over twitter. Hope the cretin piss his pants.
