Again, the weaker nations causing issues. Netherlands took until nearly HT to score against Gibraltar, Malta drawing away to Croatia and of course Luxembourg.
Was having a look and yeah, seems like they've made strides in the last 5-10 years and increasingly aren't a team you'll necessarily expect to stick 6 or 7 past. Definitely a cut above the absolute lowest level of European countries.
Done a few small stake bet builders which involve Soucek and Tielemans either scoring or getting a card.
And also a batshit crazy 750/1 punt on them both scoring and getting carded. Easy.
Soucek seems long at 5/1 to score. Obviously much tougher opponents but I mean, hes just scored a hatrick. plus Belgium hardly 90s AC Milan at the back.
France can knob off. Had a 40/1 long shot which was looking good until they let Ukraine back into it (France and Belgium most goals and corners both halves)
From the outside I'm surprised. I'm well versed in Ashley not caring one iota about improvement, ambition etc but I thought the distinct threat of him losing potential millions in any sale would force him into action.
Apologies for anyone on the same. Had small stakes on the below:
Lallana 2+ SOT @ 20/1
Lallana and Veltman 1+ SOT @ 19/1
Lascelles 1+ SOT @ 8/1
Lascelles goal @ 22/1
