  1. Enjoyable and sharp according to Neville.
  2. Yeah, "functional" is the word but can't knock the results he's getting so far. Think they were at the point where they needed someone like that.
  3. Yeah I thought at first maybe it was all jokes with him but he actually has stuff to say.
  4. I know they have to try to sell it, but the bar for what constitutes an exciting game really is at an all time low. The usual cliches of "bright" and "bubbly" being used when a game between 2 "big teams" is in fact just boring with neither team prepared to take risks.
  5. One of my favourite players starts for Betis at 3.15pm away to Cadiz who are in poor form. Sergio Canales loves a shot, plays as a 10 but can get some really good prices for him. Also scored a few. With that in mind, gone for the below - small stakes on each, all with PP. 3+ shots @ 11/4 4+ shots @ 8/1 2+ SOT @ 13/2 3+ SOT @ 35/1
  6. Hopefully Bale can keep this upturn in form up.
  7. Swing and a miss with Ricardo, never really had a sniff and moved further back 2nd half. Leicester were pants which didn't help. Had a go on Taylor booking here. Up against a seemingly revitalised Bale. 6/1.
  8. Leicester getting crucified with injuries. Now Barnes crocked, didn't look great. 3-1 Arsenal.
  9. Ricardo going to LB annoyingly, probably sees to the bet. Frustratingly the position Tielemans scored from was exactly the position I was hoping Ricardo would get into.
  10. 1-2 Arsenal. Impressive comeback. Leicester looking a bit flat without Maddison.
  11. Lovely run there from Luiz.
  12. I've only got 12s on the 2 SOT sadly but still cracking value. Sky only 5s.
  13. Pereira anytime scorer - 16/1. Looks to be playing further forward again, could be an unreal price.
  14. A goal soon could screw this but reflected in the price. Dubravka card 20/1.
  15. Good stuff chaps, and a cracking double that Wull.
  16. Likely come up a few short but definitely a market to look out for, probably going to end on something like 17/18. Edit - that said after posting this they've not had 1 in 10 minutes despite chasing the game, knobheads.
  17. Elmohamady again for a card up against Costa and Raphinha. 7/1.
  18. Is this not the perfect example of why we should be able to interview officials after the game? Not to destroy them for making a mistake but to at least give chance to explain their thought process. And yeah it might be that they've fucked up but we need to break down this utterly absurd disconnect between referees which has only been clouded even further with VAR. If they want us to fucking clap for them to show them respect, then start showing players, managers and fans some respect - have some accountability and open dialogue.
  19. Brighton to have 21+ shots - 20/1 Got something like 25 the other day and done that a few times this season. Can see West Brom sitting back, inviting pot shots.
  20. Poor result for Leicester but I don't think they'll lose too much sleep over it. They've got a good squad but with the injuries they have at the moment I think they'll massively benefit from having a few less games between now and the end of the season. They're in a brilliant position to finish top 4 and get into the CL, and I think if they end up back in Europa next season even after the CL, I reckon they could go really far.
  21. Came on here to specifically post that.

    England

Don't know how reliable but apparently they're looking at whole of Euro 2021 being played in England? IT'S COMING HOME
  23. Just comes down to the media obsession with the "top" clubs. Any underperformance is hugely magnified beyond belief. And yeah Liverpool have had a poor season so far and Klopp does deserve some level of questioning and criticism, but comparatively the media at large don't give much of a shit about Newcastle's performance. Or Everton's. Or Crystal Palace, etc etc. It fosters an environment where a team who should be pushing for top half (you) can float around 16th/17th without serious questions about the manager. Plus of course he's English, ex Man Utd and has pals in the media. That too.
  24. From what I saw they were shite for the most part against 10 men. Don't think their price was in any way wrong, they just got a huge break tonight.
  25. Was thinking this earlier, and how they've been able to come up with a style of play where they dont play with a centre forward as such and have kind of got Jesus to play a bit more Firminho-ish. I think probably because Jesus just cant be an Aguero. Got me thinking what happens when Aguero is back. Do they need to change style to accommodate him now? They create so many chances at the minute you'd think Aguero coming in would convert a bucket load. But would they create as many chances with Aguero not floating as much as Jesus is doing? Probably nonsense really. Even if they create less chances than they do now but have Aguero front and centre then they probably end up scoring more anyway. Nah I get the point. It's because as daft as it sounds, the whole team is involved with every attack. When they go forward, look at where the defenders are - they push up and just completely strangle the opposition. Cancelo moves into midfield, one of the forwards drops wide, it must be an absolute nightmare to play against. It's not like Gladbach here aren't trying to press them, City are moving it in such a ridiculous metronomic way and with such variety that you literally don't even know who to press next. Ridiculous.
