  1. Well, that serves me right for not looking at the lineups. Napoli have rested their whole front 3. Fuck.
  2. Man City Chelsea Juventus £15.10 --------------- Man City -1 Everton Liverpool Napoli DNB £5
  3. I don't think Blackburn have played as badly as their results (before Arsenal) would suggest, but that being said this is the type of game you really should be winning if you have aspirations of doing well this year, and at the end of the season Blackburn won't be troubling the top 10.
  4. Well, I imagine Brighton would be putting out a strong squad tonight to have a real go. But still, couldn't see Leeds going there and winning by 2 goals.
  5. A lot of talk that West Brom will make a lot of changes. I don't think we'll make that many changes, I expect a relatively strong side.
  6. I'm either watching Barca or getting carted to hospital in massive agony. Nice. It'll be an eclectic mix of Graeme Sharp talking about how Hibbert's hoofed the ball out of play, then seeing Messi skin 4 players and score.
  7. Ah, good. Got footy 8-9 so I'm pleased I get to see Barca.
  8. Well I imagine they'll focus on a few games in particular and yours could be one of them as it was a belter. But they will have 16 to get through so a lot will just be the goals.
  9. "And the square ball, Manchester United." Actually, that luck's more for their CL groups. "And the dodecahedron, Chelsea."
  10. Oh I fully expect now I've pointed out that Udinese have a logically good chance of getting something, that Milan will win comfortably.
  11. Well, that was an impressive reign.
  12. A few initial observations about tomorrow's games: AC Milan vs. Udinese - Milan have only 1 point from 2 games and have conceded 7 goals in 3 games in all competitions. Udinese have won all 3 of their games so far this season. Milan 4/6 seems poor value - Udinese DNB @ 11/4 if you're feeling adventurous? (Udinese 9/2 for the unlikely win.) Chievo vs. Napoli - Napoli are evens. Simply looks good value. Juve at home to Bologna, and Atletico at home to Gijon are both short (4/11 and 2/5 respectively) but on paper look near certs, but yes, I know, there's no such thing. Domestically in the CC, I'm not seeing much in the way of value in the fixtures. Bear in mind teams will likely rotate so you're perhaps better off waiting until the line-ups are announced. If you have the dosh to go big then Man City and Chelsea are your obvious choices - both at home with the former playing Birmingham and the latter playing Fulham. Both the away sides, as well as generally being big underdogs, also have Europe on their minds so I wonder if they'll rotate just as much as the home teams. Anyway, there's a pointless ramble for you.
  13. fuck off man, this is our year. But what about all your players getting broken legs in these matches?!
  14. Can see something like a 3-2 to you. Neither team will keep a clean sheet.
  15. Surely the answer to this is anyone at home other than Chelsea, Arsenal, Man Utd, Liverpool or Man City, with the best option being Aldershot?
