  1. "Everton should be home and dry." Wow, what a surprise.
  2. Messi's Barca Criticism-meter off the scale there.
  3. Let's not forget Carr's superb finish on the opening day.
  4. League Cup Show on BBC. I'd assume tomorrow night.
  5. Brentford equalise, we're going down.
  6. "Well here at Stoke, we haven't had a goal, but we have had a melee." Arsenal 1-0.
  7. I saw Pandiani got the equaliser - is he still going strong?
  8. Roy Hodgson has talked a lot of sense whenever he's been a pundit, and given some good insight.
  9. Everton Sunderland Birmingham £15 returns £54. Everton -1 Birmingham -1 Rangers -1 Wolves Exeter DNB £4 pays £98. And banker of the day: Osman FGS and Everton 3-1, £1 pays £76.
  10. At least they make fun of their crapness and have a joke with it, while the BBC are ten times worse and try to pass it off as supreme inside knowledge of football. Oh it's still entertaining, yes, but pretty embarrassing regardless.
  11. Interesting points about complacency. Also, I think there should be some more recognition of decent journalists, and perhaps more airtime given to them. Henry Winter springs to mind as one example.
  12. Maybe true Messi but I'm glad at least someone has been publically critical. I think people will realise Talksport themselves come under this bracket. Standards generally are low at the moment, to me anyway. I don't 'get' anything from pundits on the whole. The vast majority come out with obvious, inane remarks.
  13. He's absolutely correct. Soccer Saturday goes into this same bracket: some absolutely abysmal punditry around at the moment. Barely a scrap of research seems to be conducted. Or maybe I'm just not looking hard enough for good pundits.
  14. I can now see the logic. Keep drawing League 1 opposition in the League/FA Cup and we'll keep wheeling Jermaine to grab a goal. Masterstroke.
  15. Yeah, I'm sure someone will correct me here but I think it's a case of, for your first bet, if you put £10 on, they'll match that. Meaning you'll get double the return if it comes off.
  16. For ease of use I'd recommend Skybet. Take advantage of the matched free bet you get with signing up.
  17. I assume you mean -1 and the such? Any site will (should, anyway) do that. You can go down to a shop as well and put it on. The sites I use are bet365 and Skybet personally.
  18. Balls. Was hoping the bookies would have had a knee-jerk reaction to our bad start but seems they're expecting us to come good eventually, which is a shame. Looking ahead to the weekend Fulham are 8/5, make of that what you will. Personally Chris I don't think 7/1 is good value for you to finish 9th or above. Well, not good enough to be putting a large wedge on, anyway. Adam Johnson currently 10s to be PFA Young Player of the Year.
