Essentially Jonny, you divide Newcastle Football Club. You're fucking useless.
  4. If a youngster is good enough, he'll be given his chance. Or at least it should be the case that if you're good enough, it doesn't matter about your age. Don't go for youth just because they're young.
  5. There lads, look what you've done, you've upset Sewelly.
  6. Admittedly geographically you've got a better shout. Having those bastards next to us doesn't help.
  7. KD, is it fair to say the home leg is the biggest game in the past, I dunno, 10-15 years, for you lot? Wow. What a through ball for the 3rd. Wow. What a finish for Spurs' 2nd!
  8. I don't mind McNulty. Some questionable articles but most are a decent read. Agree about Vickery like, needs to be given more recognition by the Beeb.
  9. I know. If MON was still here, I would bet everything I own - everything - on him trying to buy McGeady and Jenas with that money. Not to mention the cartwheeling gimp. Lua Lua? Nah, the other one that loves 7687698769 clubs. Steve Claridge?
  10. Possibly mentioned earlier in the thread, but Geovanni is the latest player to bugger off to the MLS. This time the San Jose Earthquakes.

  12. Pleasure. It goes against logic but I can see you winning. Carroll to give the lead, Ireland to equalise, and Barton to get the winner. I reckon the crowd will be in top voice, should be a great atmosphere. Edit: If Ireland isn't fit, then a Colo own goal.
  13. As said the other day, MOTD2 was absolute shite. Looked like it had been cobbled together by amateurs.
  14. Can't see him cutting it in this league. Few good performances here and there.
  15. If they play together regularly, sure. Otherwise, they'll be a bit better than last year. They'll thrash some teams and some journos will gawp, then they'll fail to beat the likes of Sunderland and Blackburn away.
  16. I'm happy to be proved wrong this season but I don't think he's that good. Decent player but not as remarkable as people seem to think he is. We'll see how he does as a key player in a team, playing every week.
  17. Where else would you invest the money in an ideal world, brummie? Would you look to get one quality player with the money or do you need to add depth to the squad?
  18. Odemwingie to West Brom?
  19. Not the best worded article, Mani, but overall Samuel is right with his (albeit obvious) points: the Premiership won't give him many other chances, if any at all, in a match to redeem a miss, and also that if he misses many similar chances this year, you'll probably go down.
  20. Really hope we get Bellamy.
