  1. For me, Hummels/Pirlo/Iniesta have been the players of the tournament thus far. Could all change like, Ronaldoin particular is coming right into form.
  2. Again, it seems far too public to be true given how sneaky we usually are.
  3. You'll just get rumour after counter rumour now, it'll all get very tedious. ...then we'll end up signing Mandzukic or some bugger else.
  4. If he's under the impression that there are girls anywhere in England as fine as those in Madrid, he's gonna be searching for quite some time. London girls were sharp, tbf. A very pleasant and diverse selection of females. Reading, Nottingham, and Liverpool were barren, though. I hope Newcastle is at least decent or better than Wigan. I thought Nottingham had something like 3 lasses to every 1 man in terms of population? Best looking lasses I've ever seen on my travels were Arabic women, bloody hell, when they don't cover themselves up... Masallah! Ugliest women, and this is not biased.... Boro lasses. Ugly doesn't describe the horror! Absolutely
  5. The Czechs aren't shaving during the tournament, superstitious bastards.
  6. Pirlos a worry on set pieces for any side really. Only Melbergs header was a solid goal anyway, Swedens first was far more lucky than any goal we've scored. Newcastle may have got lucky at times yeah. At the same time if you limit the opposition to few chances, theyll snatch at them when they finally get one. There were three Swedish players marking each other at the back post. Which goal carried the most luck is a completely subjective and pointless argument. England in my opinion have been somewhat fortunate to be where they are, working on the glaring weakness in thie game can only help their chances of qualfying for the semis, call it constructive criticism if you will.
  7. The fact Italy have Pirlo who is both a set piece and a general long range specialist should make that a worry, not a defence. I'd also argue we got lucky in some games last season, would you not?
  8. Really? I disagree. In spells, yes. But on the whole, no way. Their best performance came against France. There was a plan, a purpose, albeit a negative nullification of the oppsoition but a plan all the same. Of course this was aided by Benzema sitting hopelessly deep but overall the side did well to keep thier shape and discipline and deserved their point. I do however agree large amounts of luck were required against both Sweden and Ukraine. The former coming in the form of two fortunate goals and the latter as a couple of officiating errors. Both games could of easily been lost due to poor defending and sloppy distribution.
  9. People enjoy watching twats fail? I don't understand that holding in the context of it being your own country. Personally, I don't think Terry et co represent my country. To each their own though, I s'pose.
  10. It's ok mate, England will be out before long and you can sleep easy knowing we haven't won. England were poor and Ukraine deserved something from the game = I hate England? I admit I deeply dislike some of the England squad, but I'm generally indifferent towards their overall progress. I've seen absolutely nothing to suggest they can overturn Italy, fair play if they somehow manage it. Your comments generally suggest you revel in criticising England and can't wait to knock them down - anything but indifferent. I get that people think there are twats in the England squads, I agree with that. What I don't get is why so many people seemingly take pleasure in seeing us fail, which is different to not really caring. I'm hardly revelling in it, just calling it how I see it. Who do you want to win on Sunday? Not particularly fussed, which is sad really. Just want to see a decent match more than anything.

  13. Pops up with the odd good challange but other than that he enjoys giving the ball away, oh falls over a lot too.
  14. So far for a so called defensive midfielder, Parker has been taken apart by Nasri, Yarmolenko and worst of all Svensson. Deary me. Gerrard's been canny mind.
  15. This is going from being a decent tournament to an average one, could do with a win in the next set of fixtures.
  16. A well executed game plan against France follwed by two very unconvincing victories. The whole team lacks a purpose as well as any form of cohesion.
  17. Germany must laughing their collective bell-ends off too, Greece in the qusters then Italy or England in the semis, couldn't of fallen much better for them really.
  18. I certainly don't think that Portugal and Italy are nailed on to get there. Even Spain have been largely quite poor by their own standards. The only one I can see a causing an upset are the Czechs really, relatively tidy outfit.
  19. Can't see anything other than Germany, Portugal, Spain and Italy progressing to the semi-finals.
  20. The big question is simply how much money should I stick on Italy? Truly woeful performance, no game plan, no cohesion and frail at the back. Ukraine can count themselves rather unlucky not take something from the game. Looking ahead Italy may well be a more dangerous opponent than Spain. At least against the latter they could sit back and attempt to absorb a fairly constant passing game, it seems to suit England's players a wee bit more. Italy will be far more direct with set pieces and traditional wide men. Also if I were the Italien coaching staff I'd be wanting to fit Giovinco into the side as Scott Parker has been truly embarassing thus far. Of course I've just realised how negative that sounds, the major postives for England being: a) they're through and b) they can't get any worse.
  21. Metalist Cuntkiv, Spacktar Donetsk, Arsehole Kiev, hur hur. In-gur-lund, In-ger-lund, In-gur-lund.
