Lovely. -
Giddy up, 2-1 Bender.

Howay Germany man.
-
Germany looking very ordinary at the moment.
-
Strootman would be a good compromise.
-
Khedira should do better there.
-
Denmark level, gash defending.
-
1-0 Podolski, lush goal. Germany could run riot here.
-
Only a matter of time before Germany break through.

Look at me, look at me, I'm one of the few who'd actually managed to make a profit this tournament. Pathetic. In terms of actual winning to losing bets ration, I'm doing awfully, three really big wins have bailed me out big time. I honestly just can't bet on Netherlands based on what I've seen so far. There's rumours the manager has lost the players as well as his tactics being absolutely woeful. Heitinga and Vlaar are playing like they're drunk while Sneijder has been the only ray of hope in a disjointed attacking unit. Their only hope is that Van Persie turned the corner toward the end of ze Joinman match but I wouldn't touch them based on that alone. Good luck to those brave folk that do. -
Are Inter in the EUROPA this season?

Awful, awful day yesterday. Lost almost half of the profit I've made this tournament. Out of curiosity do the folk that are backing Netherlands actually fancy them or were you just tempted in by the odds? -
Following a defensive, well drilled, counter-attacking performance against France and a sloppy, fortunate, game of two halves against Sweden it's difficult to gauge just how this England side are going to progress. I think they'll have too much quality for Ukraine but any of the three that can progress from Group C may be a step too far.

Russia have looked relatively tidy all tournament and should have more than enough to do away with what has been a piss poor Greek side, a win would also seem them top the group regardless of what happens in the other game. Poland-Czech Republic looks realtively evenly matched, both have quality players but have been suspect at the back. Poland have to win but the Czechs only need a draw so I can see the hosts really going for it in front of what should be a fantastic home crowd. Having said that I don't think I'd have enough confidence to go for the straight Poland win, hence the DNB. -

Thinking about going in heavy on the Russia/Poland DNB double. -

Gone a bit made, small (and I mean small) stakes on: Ukraine DNB/Sweden DNB. Sheva any time. -
Why? He's a decent defensive midfielder no doubt, but his disciplinary record, his recent injury record and his lesser performances against 'weaker' opposition mean we could probably pick up a decent replacement for a fraction of the fee he'd command. I'd be more concerned about the worrying signal it would send to our better player as opposed to a lack of faith in being able to replace him.

Aye I'll probably be on Benzema anytime. France and England should both win but the former's centre back pairing is far from convincing, I could easily see Ukraine nicking something in front a noisy home crowd (although DNB could be a possibility). With England I really have no idea, bit of an unknown quantity under Woy. -

Hmm, France to win and Benzema to score perhaps. Thing is I can easily see France buckling under an intense atmosphere.
