The club has trebled in value under their watch, largely due to significant spending on and off the pitch. From a shell of a club less than four years ago, we now have the seventh highest commercial income in the league and a trophy winning, Champions League qualifying side. There's also multi-billion bound stadium in the works. I agree, they're not the most reactive and the executive structure has fallen apart over the last few months (resulting in poor communication), but when you downplay what they have done and emphasise what they haven't, it's bound to sound like nothing. Whether we think we're growing quickly enough is another and more subjective argument entirely.
