    Inclined to agree.

    The dreaded vote of confidence.

£25 million, but circumstances have changed since then.

Yep, seems talks have been going on for a few says, so I'd imagine we have a reasonable idea of the asking price. My nagging doubt is that Spurs will come in for him.

Depends what the asking price is.

To be fair, it's an opening bid and it's what Forest bid, so I'd imagine it's not miles off the asking price.

I honestly just can't see this being a goer, particularly with Spurs in the mix (ex-manager, London, etc). He'd be a good signing at the right price though.

Is Alex Crook reliable? I know he has sources at Man United, but not really sure what he's like in general.

"Exploring a deal" "Pushing" Bin all of it. God I'm getting old.
  10. Mokbel tends to be a bit of a mouth piece for the likes of Parish, at least he was when he was at the Mail.

So one of my pet hates is journo transfer speak. What does "interest accelerating" mean?
  12. Still not seen anyone else reporting this, not to say that it couldn't be true.
  13. Not to say he isn't brilliant, but that's probably more to do with the cliff-face like drop off to last season's alternatives.
  14. Really not sure what to make of their business this summer. At least they're giving it a go, but I'm not at all convinced they've signed the requird quality to bridge the enormous gulf in class between the two leagues.
  15. It's the transfer rumours thread...
  16. Fair. As ever, I'll judge it when it closes, but it's undoubtedly been very frustrating to date.
  17. At least one thing remains consistent this summer, folk never fail to get riled by Chris Waugh's weekly transfer non-update.
  18. The @UBConquense is one step away from finalizing the transfer of Mo Sedibeh, a 19-year-old Spanish-Gambian talent, to Newcastle. He is even participating in the English first team’s pre-season in Austria. An operation that would mark a before and after in the recent history of the Conquense club.
