baby or not, his football has always been limited. He offers nothing going forward and defensively he is decent, never really outstanding If defensively he was brilliant you could quietly ignore his failings going forward BUT he is not brilliant defensively It is not an urgent area to sort out BUT we could easily improve

Surely someone like Abeid or even Inman would be a better option I guess it just highlights the need for some signings

I would like to add if you are the guy or know the guy that keeps shouting "you're going the wrong way" whenever we passed the ball back, you/he does not have a clue, so frustrating hearing shite like that :rant: We struggled to keep the ball at the start, so it was good when we started passing it around (regardless of the direction) BUT some knacker moans and groans because a pass is not made towards the goal, ffs. A forward pass is not always possible, keeping the ball is key

Not a great performance BUT importantly we got the 3 points and we have had a great start (from the same games last season we managed 3 points so an improvement ) We started off poorly, like we have done for every game this season BUT at least we got back into the game and then played well, Cabaye especially was very good It was typical of us to make the last 10 minutes an edgy performance, gave away too many free kicks and were on the back foot

Alan Smith is shit, Lovenkrands is shit Best does not just score goals, his all round game is good, I used to think he was average BUT that run he had in the side from the West Ham game onwards showed there is much more to his game He is very good in the air, he beat Haangeland a fair few times, he has quick feet and is quite strong
