I think the most refreshing thing I find in his interviews is that he doesn't fear challenges and always looks to find solutions and is never content at just standing still A few of our previous managers would have been dreading yesterday and would have been delighted with a narrow loss yet Howe has repeatedly said in his interviews he was delighted with our effort but takes responsibility to try find a way for us to do it more consistently so we can reach the levels he and the board want us to get to
