He seems to be in an odd position where people clearly respect him as a coach but this season he's been on a downward spiral and his stock may have dropped quite a bit he was linked with Spurs in the summer

They're hamstrung by their only decent striker always being injured but they are a really poor team. Feel sorry for Cooper having to blend a completely new team every season but you can't only win 1 out of 10
