Is this guy just being a massive WUM?

I think this kid is going to be quality. But then again I thought Viana was going to be a world beater so...

He's the future of football. Looks like he could be such an accomplished footballer.

He'll boss it tonight

He was poor yesterday. He's quick but he doesn't have great acceleration, Spuds exploited this. A couple of times they would trot up to him with the ball while he set him self to stop them running past him, only for them to push the ball past him and run on to it. he wasn't able to turn quick enough to stop them. Defoe nailed him for his goal as well

Surely Raylor has just as much trouble getting his point across with his lazy mouth

Santon starts as soon as he is fit, for me. He will add so much more. He'll be more confident, he's miles better attacking, I'm sure he's a better defender too... No brainer.

This but I wouldn't have Parker in my team if I was taking bungs while twitching and everyone was fit he wouldn't be in my starting XI Only good thing Souness ever did was nail down Parker in the CM in that first season. -
Yep. Seems like one of the few manager who could build a truly world-class team without plunging a club miles into debt. Needs to regain some of his earlier pragmatism, though. He dosent need to plunge the club into massive debt to get them heading in the right direction again. He needed centre-backs who had played in England and knew the league - like Samba & Dann, both would have added steel and know-how. But his stubborness won out, well done Arsene. Spot on. He needed PL ready centre backs. After losing 2 first team, keep the ball midfielders and not replacing them they were always going to have to withstand more attacks this season, they were already struggling to defend anyway. Buying yet more new foreign CB when he could have splashed out on Samba or maybe even Bassong on the cheap would have been much better business than Mertesacker
