Barton will prob get on as a sub id imagine, they rarely just drop a player straight back in. Same with Butt luckily. Get Ranger upfront, give the lad another go. Smith upfront would be pointless, hes no confidence in that area anymore.

Injury disasters starting as usual then. So thats Guthrie, Butt, Carroll, Barton, Ameobi & Jonas missing matches now after only 5 games. And still theres some people who wouldnt mind further selling off certain players for the right price.

Wheres the injury news come from ? Thats severely crap if true.

We're a side which most people expect more from & we rarely deliver, hes playing on that. Any bigger named side doing badly is going to be amusing to others, similar reason he picks up on Ipswich's situation being amusing as you'd expect Roy Keane to do better once again. Same reason its amusing when premiership sides lose in the cups to teams in lower divisions etc it all comes back to the same thing. This time we're being boring and winning as expected while "racking up goals and points, looking for all the world like a club on the road to recovery". He's basically complimenting us on our good start & performing to our ability for once. Nothing to get wound up about atall.

Watched the goals again. Nice through ball from Guthrie to get our pen, exactly the kind of pass that we miss out on without him or Barton. Nicely taken goal also. Once again well played Ameobi also for the last two goals. If you count his leave for Nolans first against Palace, hes had a big hand in us getting the points in all of our 5 games now. Good lad hope hes not injured.

Two this season, then the run which set up Ameobis 2nd against reading. Two goals with that also from 5 games. Hes doing pretty will for being as woefully unfit as he still clearly is.

Well that was underwhelming Both pens were laughable. Nice build up play by Lua lua & Nolan for Geremi's goal.

Why would they show all the games from yesterday first, who does that. There are already plenty of other places for people to see those goals at this point.

Yep risked less players to injury & learnt more about the realistic ability of others. Dont think it could have gone much better really, ofcourse it would probably have been much easier with more first team players playing. We've gotten more out of it doing it this way.
